We had a great experience here! The manager (who has only been here one year), is fantastic. Very accommodating. The front desk girl was extra helpful too. And the bartender guy - he brought us delicious mangoes poolside!! The beds were comfortable and the breakfast delicious. They have a great laundry service too. Highly recommend!

Very good location of the hotel is the only advantage.
WiFi not reaching rooms.
Rooms and bathrooms need refreshing.
Lady at the reception not speaking English.
We were told we will have buffet supper, nothing was there. When we ordered from menu/ there were very few options available and waiting time was more than 1 hour. Fans in the rooms not working. There is AC. No hangers in the closet.
Room cleaned during the day, toiletries were added.
Rooftop bar existing only in photos.
Our room had good view for Kilimanjaro.
Too expensive.

The location is ideal, right in the centre of Moshi. Where they fall short is the service and amenities. There's practically no WiFi in this hotel, despite what they promise. Single channel on tv. I would not recommend, especially for those doing Kilimanjaro Marathon.

The only benefit is that the hotel is well located. Close to a supermarket, easy walk to the main part of Moshi, next door to a good cafe (highly recommend skipping the hotel's breakfast and going to the cafe next door). The hotel itself is very outdated, does not reflect the pictures on the website, the shower head barely had any water running. I was offered an airport pick up and was not told of the cost. The receptionist took our passports and wanted to keep them. I requested them back! The hotel staff let their friends use the pool and rooms... I guess this is common around the area. I only booked this place for a night as the surrounding hotels were taken. AVOID!

Its 1 hour from Kilimanjaro Airport, just 10 mins walk from Moshi Bus Stand. Room are Ok with Good daily house keeping, silent environment, market is nearby if you want to do shopping. Breakfast with very less option. Tour package also Available.

Remember this is Africa
This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place

Great customer service, friendly staff and delicious variety of meals. The team was considerate and professional. I would recommend this place for conferences, lunch and staycation. The ambience is great. Great appreciation to Japhet and the team.

Average hotel and don't too much from it.Staffs were good,courteous,happy,welcoming and kind.Food selection was good and sweet.Internet was very poor for about 4 days.Blackouts also even at night were random.The rooms are clean and swimming pool on the premise.The hotel is near the town in a walking distance.Prices are withing fair average budget

A bit old dated room, very long waiting times in the restaurant. Our reservation for the conference room was cancelled last minute so we had to find another alternative. It’s near a nightclub so you will hear some noise to 4 am. Positive is the nice garden next to the swimming pool.

I have never regret after arriving this place that has always flowered with such kind of charming and royal service provider oriented staffs. I will never stop promissing to be there again after my every goodbye from this Place. You deserve a crown prize...
