Convenient hotel with clean rooms and nice views with a balcony although the tv was not working and we were told it was under maintenance. They charge you for water after the second day. Breakfast was ok and offered diverse options.

This hotel was the base hotel for Altezza Travel Kilimanjaro trek. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. We had to change our flight home, and they were awesome, making sure we had a room to stay in while we sorted flights out.

I went to Aishi Machame at the start of this year before I went on my Kilimanjaro expedition with Altezza Travel, and I absolutely loved the place. The hotel is closely involved with tours to climb Kilimanjaro and some safaris. The main impression is that it is friendly and efficient. Food is good and gear can be hired. You can store items for safe keeping while climbing. The hotel is out of town and gated. The grounds are attractive. However some of the rooms are a bit basic. Overall if you are here to climb, it will serve its purpose well.

We had a great experience here! The manager (who has only been here one year), is fantastic. Very accommodating. The front desk girl was extra helpful too. Remember this is Africa This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. My husband and I booked a safari and add-on day trips with Lion King Adventires and they selected the Pink Flamingo for part of our stay when we visited Mt Kilimanjaro. This hotel was amazing! The service was excellent from the moment we got into the hotel . The view of Mount Kilimanjaro is fantastic from their rooftop bar. Good place to stay at getting ready to climb Kili and for rest when you come down.

No shampoo in washroom, no hot water in sink, towels ragged. There was a weird WiFi system that kept booting us out. Aircon is aimed directly at your head when you lie down.

The hotel is located in town centre with almost every service around there being accessible ATM, small shops, gasoline station, local markets, local transportation,, etc. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I may say this is a budget hotel interms of cost (affordable rates). On the other hand, the staff are friendly. It is good place to be while in Moshi.

I stayed at Neneu Lodge in early 2024 whilst working at KCMC hospital. Walter and all the lodge staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and had lots of lovely memories there. we had booked a function. but I'm guessing they double booked us. because on our arrival, we had to wait more than 3 hours for our dinner tables, decoration and eventually food to be ready. Otherwise the people are friendly. food is okay and place beautiful.

The staff were very caring and friendly and honest. The room had good aircon and a working fridge, tv and shower. The new chef Adrian was excellent given basic kitchen facilities. Great value and convenient location. We stayed 6 weeks whilst studying at KCMC and would definitely recommend. Nice hotel and very nice and friendly staff. The restaurant manager and bellhop are the nicest woman and man you could meet. The food at the restaurant is good too. I had several dish on the dinner menu. The lunch buffet is reasonably priced and tasty. The wifi is weak but the downstairs area is a good place to sit and chat with the staff.

A great place to spend a few days before or after climbing Kilimanjaro. I had that opportunity in late December and the Hibiscus Bed and Breakfast was an awesome place that was away from the busy area of Moshi but the town was still a walkable distance away. Rooms were nice and comfortable and breakfast was always excellent.

Located right in the middle of the town, you can access most of the important locations in town just by walking, it is within a walking distance to the regional bus station, banking services and retail shopping. Rooms are in good shape and a good value for the money, and the staff is friendly. Overall, this is a good place.
