2 star hotels in Jomtien Beach

The hotel is pretty small and simple. Clean enough to live comfortably. Free motorbike was a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. My main disappointment though was with the location. Koh Larn (coral Island) was indeed quiet and comfy, but it barely had any corals, most of the reef was dead and in pieces. Probably too many tourists or has to do with too many boats and jetskis zooming around...

Good place to stay but you obviously need transport to get around. They provide a complimentary motorcycle. The island is worth a visit and the beaches are excellent. Breakfast is fine.

Nice place to stay for weekend

Very friendly and kind hostess of the hotel! Spacious room with a terrace overlooking the sea. Excellent and hearty breakfasts, a buffet and a dish to choose from. At the end, a free shuttle service to the pier was provided.

Good location. Great service. Hotel provided motorbike, transfer from/to the pire as well. There was water leak in the bathroom. Informed hotel staff and it was fixed quickly.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic. The manager was very kind and answered my questions with sincerity. The restaurant and the place he recommended were also very good. The breakfast of the hotel was clean and nice. I achieved both relaxation and healing. I live in Pattaya, so I would like to make a reservation again when I visit again

Everything is great if you own a car.

The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The caretaker/owner provides good service. The accommodation is spacious and suitable for families. Staying in multiple rooms would be fun. The room is beautiful and impressive.

We spent 2 days in this resort in Bang Saray, near Pattaya. Everything is new, the buildings, the pool and the rooms. The welcome is fantastic and friendly, the American breakfast is plentiful. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Lovely hotel, fantastic swimming pool and great staff. Could be a bit out of the way for some people, but it is worth staying here for a few days if you want peace and quiet. There is a TOPS supermarket 500 metres away.

This hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean. The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs...

Very good, especially the fried chicken, but the som tam salads had fake lemon juice...

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the swimming pool – it was large and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay!

Simple room, bed fairly hard but was good enough for 2 nights stay for the price. Hotel is about 10 mins walk from the jetty. Bike rental was great, cheaper than other places.

Just 5 min walk to Nabaan pier/beach street food but Off the hustle—where locals stay. Near great Cafe where locals eat. Plenty of motorbikes for rent. Hosts very helpful

Good little hotel but location is far out if you don’t have a car. Very clean and spacious rooms, with a balcony. Comfy bed, air conditioner works well and has a clean pool downstairs. Beach is 10 min walk and there are a couple of small Resturant’s in the area but not much to choose from. They provide a small fridge and noodles in the lobby. Nearest store is 15 min walk away including a 711.

Mature independent backpackers using the train. Google maps did not show the new pedestrian bridge over the main roads which makes this hotel very accessible when walking from the train station. Had the deluxe double room 700 baht. Extra large very clean room with a microwave electric kettle crockery cutlery and lounge to sit and watch TV. The manager was friendly and helpful.

Great comfy bed and clean room. The bathroom is big but the water pressure from the shower could be a bit stronger. Wide selection of kitchen appliances in the room. Even a microwave is there. The AC cooled pretty well and the view is nice from the well-equipped balcony. The only downside is the weak Wifi.

Stayed 3 nights from January 21 2020. Got a great rate, hotel really quite at all times. Amenities excellent, room lovely and location really peaceful. Everywhere in hotel feels new and is immaculately clean. Have to say is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in Asia. Rooms are non smoking but you can smoke on your own balcony. Nearby, as in maybe 30 metres away is a great little restaurant...

Incredible value: absolutely clean, friendly, fabulous bed, fridge, microwave, kettle, sink in the room. Little balcony. The staff and owners are very welcoming. We arrived after 11pm and still received a wonderful welcome. It is a good place to stay if you plan on doing the bike rides leading up to and in Siri charoenrat forest. There is even a pool for cooling off.

I really like their home's decorating style. It's very comfortable to live in, and the bathroom is very clean with a separate wet and dry area.

We stayed there for 2 nights . First when we got to the pier ,they have a service for tricycle that carried us to the hotel .We got there safely .After that they give us fee motorcycle to travel around the island . The motorcycles are not so fresh but it is what it is for the travel . They have free breakfast also . I definitely recommend it

Cockroaches in rooms and ants on bed. Too many rules and such a short time to have breakfast, only 1 hour. Good location, nice and peaceful. Scooter rental included in room which is nice too. There are dogs and cats there too which is good if you like that sort of thing.

cheap accommodation There are 300 cars for rent per day with a full tank of gas. The room does not have a wardrobe. No bed head plugs provided. There are only plugs in the refrigerator and behind the TV. making it very difficult to charge The bathroom is clean, but shampoo and soap are very far from the shower. This is exactly what it appears to be in the photos. It is a cheap room close to the ocean. The front desk staff member was very kind. The room itself wasn't anything special but it was good enough for a budget stay. The A/C worked well which was much needed. There was an interesting lock on the bathroom door that would have allowed me to lock someone in the bathroom.

Very nice place with a perfect location: night market, tuk tuk stop and 7-Eleven right beside it! Comfortable bed, warm water. Table and chairs outside by the sea. We really enjoyed this stay! Fantastic venue , close to food markets and 7/11 ,they have amazing views from the bedroom , wonderful staff and room was clean and lovely . Outdoor eating area was the best . They also have scooter hire with safety helmets so you can explorer the island n beaches .

Great Stay and Convenient Location Everything was great. A big plus — you can rent a motorbike at a discounted rate (250 THB instead of 300) if you’re staying here. The location is very convenient for Koh Larn — close to a 7-Eleven and the ferry to Pattaya.

The family room is stand alone small house. There is balcony to see the sea view that chill but there are noisy from the temple because it’s next building. Nothing special there. The room is huge, bed is comfy, air conditioning well

This is not a luxury hotel. It is a small operation on Tawaen Beach. I found the accommodations to have character. Our room was clean, and the staff was courteous and professional. I enjoyed having our breakfast and looking out on the blue green ocean.

Small but cozy rooms. The owner is very helpful and easy to talk to. They have scooters as well which are cheaper to rent here than in the pier. Overall would definitely recommend.

The location is near at some restaurants. You can chill and enjoy peace in daytime. You can actually feel the retro vibe. The rooms are so clean and refreshing . I love the room the most. I should say the staffs are worth 6 stars . They try to give you the service you need. The owner is also so nice to the guests.

When hitting the beach in Jomtien, this is my go-to for lodging. Why? The location cannot get better than this : you walk out the resort and there’s the beach. Sandbar by the Beach is next to BB House, so every few weekends, you get to experience live music or Salsa. What I like most about their terrace rooms is the quiet. Just stearway to klime every time, mattes was like bricks, but went to a nother room after 3 nights. Soft mattres. Vew very good, 7/11 is below, beatch acros the road, and night market is very close.
