Cockroaches in rooms and ants on bed. Too many rules and such a short time to have breakfast, only 1 hour. Good location, nice and peaceful. Scooter rental included in room which is nice too. There are dogs and cats there too which is good if you like that sort of thing.

I really like their home's decorating style. It's very comfortable to live in, and the bathroom is very clean with a separate wet and dry area.

A very nice hotel, comfortable and beautiful like a guesthouse, and it even has motorcycles available. Very good value!

The staff is absolutely fantastic!
It’s clean, has motorbikes (super convenient) and they pick you up from the pier. It’s lovely

We stayed there for 2 nights . First when we got to the pier ,they have a service for tricycle that carried us to the hotel .We got there safely .After that they give us fee motorcycle to travel around the island . The motorcycles are not so fresh but it is what it is for the travel . They have free breakfast also . I definitely recommend it

Guests appreciate its quiet location away from the center but still close to local attractions. While some mention minor issues like air conditioning and limited breakfast options, the friendly staff and peaceful setting create a relaxing environment. With a few minor improvements, it has the potential to offer an even better experience.

The resort is located near Ta Yai Beach, which is far from Na Ban pier, but they provide free transport from pier to resort. Check-in and check-out are quick, and the staff is nice. However, I think it'd be better if they'd help carry our bags to our room and have someone on guard in the night. The room is alright, the bed is a bit hard, and there's no toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, or anything else that should be provided within the room (even no chair in the room, only on the terrace). The price might be one of the cheapest options on the island; a motorcycle and breakfast are included. There are only eggs, bread, and beverages like cocoa and coffee for breakfast. I think my breakfast was burned; it was bitter.

This place was the only place I could find with available rooms on my first ever trip to the island of Koh Larn, Pattaya. I was getting a room for me and my girlfriend, and luckily the last available room we could find that day was definitely up to my standards - good enough to satisfy both of us. Comfortable room, complete with jacuzzi. The American breakfast included in the price was also great, with heart shaped eggs "sunny side up".

My only complaint was value vs. cost. It was overpriced at 2500 THB per night, based on extensive travel to tourist destinations in Thailand recently. 4 stars... NOT five!

Love this accomodation. The concrete and wood looks and feels great. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. They speak little English but understand what you are conveying to them. Clean and tidy. The bed sheets so comfy and smelled fresh as a daisy. You can hire scooters from them and they also do ferry transport. Koh Larn is such a small island you can ride around the whole island is less than a day.
