Pattaya Paradise Beach Resort in Jomtien Beach

We had a wonderful stay at U Pattaya. It is a beautiful boutique hotel — small, personal, and very relaxing.

We stayed for 8 nights in a large room with a spacious outdoor terrace and a big private pool, which made the experience extra special. We ended up eating almost all our meals at the hotel because the food was so good. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the restaurant served delicious dishes throughout the day.

What truly made our stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service at all times. We would especially like to thank Kan, Tono, Aaey, and Anon from the restaurant, as well as Fon for outstanding room cleaning. You all made our stay extra enjoyable — a big thank you to each of you!

Another big plus was the hotel app, which made it very easy to order services and communicate with the staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at U Pattaya! The sea view is stunning and breathtaking—every moment enjoying the ocean was perfect. The hotel service is excellent; all staff are friendly, attentive and professional. The food is delicious with great variety and fresh flavors.

Our stay at this hotel was truly something special from beginning to end. The entire property is designed with incredible attention to detail – lush plants everywhere, harmonious architecture, and an atmosphere that immediately creates a sense of calm. It is a place where you can genuinely switch off and relax.

The infinity pool overlooking the sea is simply stunning. The gym with that breathtaking view is another highlight – working out while looking at the ocean takes the experience to a different level. Everything feels well thought out, high quality, and at the same time effortlessly relaxing.

What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the service. You do not feel like just another guest here – you feel valued and genuinely cared for. The entire team is attentive, warm, and always present without ever being intrusive.

What an amazing little place. The staff absolutely makes it. Massive kudos to Kan on F&B. She is the server extraordinaire at the property that seems to always be there with massive friendliness. Food is excellent at the resort and so is the overall cleanliness and ambience. Strongly suggest their private pool/Jacuzzi bungalow.

Office is on top of things and they have a great app where you can interact with them quickly and efficiently. Transportation is critical at the resort being away from the city but their transportation efforts are fantastic.

Beache is decent. It's thin but not crowded at all and the sand is great.

We recently stayed at U Pattaya for a couple of nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the egg station, which offered fresh and delicious options. The view of the sea was stunning, and watching the breathtaking sunsets was truly magical. The staff were always helpful and greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel incredibly welcome (especially BB). Our room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable, high-quality bed. We also loved the nice jacuzzi, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway

We stayed three nights at U Pattaya and it was the perfect stay for us. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, and even though we didn’t take advantage of it, the all-day breakfast option was a great perk we’ll have to take advantage of next time! The staff were very polite, and the resort was very peaceful. Close enough to the village but far enough away from the noise of the city. Highly recommend!

The time here was unbelievably beautiful! Everyone here is super friendly and warm and always tries to help you with everything. A BIG compliment goes to Kan!!! She is an incredibly sweet and warm lady. She put a smile on our faces every day. She has a beautiful heart. Simply great! - much Love

I’ve felt so welcomed during my stay here; everyone is incredibly friendly. I accidentally left my wallet in the safe, and the staff kindly returned it to me right away. A special shoutout to Karn at the restaurant—she's just wonderful, always so helpful and warm. I can't recommend this place enough! This is my second visit, and I’m just as impressed. Every type of room is gorgeous, especially the beachfront pool villa, which offers such a serene atmosphere. It’s so tranquil here, and you can truly unwind without feeling crowded.

Very beautiful hotel, great location, and good service. There are just a few points that I believe can be improved:

- I asked the concierge if valet parking was available, and he said yes, but then asked me to park my own car. This was totally fine, but I was a bit confused about whether valet service was actually available or not.

- I requested preferred room amenities a day before check-in, such as soap, tea, and pillows. During check-in, a front desk staff member asked me about the soap and then handed it to me after showing me to my room. This was also fine, but I was a bit surprised, as I’ve never been handed soap directly before. 😂

- I just found out upon check-in that for 24-hour room use, I need to request it 3-7 days prior to check-in. I made this reservation a month in advance, but the reservation staff didn’t inform me of this. However, it’s fine this time as we need to leave the hotel before 2 pm the next day anyway.

Overall I had a really great stay. Thank you so much for the birthday setup. Definitely coming back 😊
