Excellent location near Alexa Beach Club, very convenient to stay in.
We’re been welcomed by the kindest owner I ever met who did everything for us, after our first accommodation at Xiyun got cancelled: He gave us the best and largest room with a very confortable king size bed.
In front of the hotel is the beach restaurant with a good variety of food and a nice location on the sea, quiet and relaxing.
The hotel is ranked 2 stars so not the most recent place but our stay here was excellent, the service more than impeccable, and the kindness of the owner made our stay thouroughly appreciable.
For that, I won’t hesitate to come back next year.

The hotel is depressing. We had a room without a balcony, overlooking a pig-hole courtyard.
There was no hot water in the evenings because it was only solar-powered. And by 10-11 PM, it was already gone.
The nearest Tops is a 10-15-minute walk away.
A taxi to Jomtien costs 100 baht; there are no tuk-tuks.
We didn't go to the sea; the coastline is so-so.
Breakfast was included, but there were three options to choose from. Of those, only the American one was even remotely filling.
In short, I don't see what you'd do here for more than a day. Unless you have nowhere else to stay. There are no advantages.

Love this getaway. Restaurant on the beach. Very big room overlooking ocean. Delicious food and helpful staff. Owner has good level of English.

Ended up at this restaurant just because they were accepting cards but the food was less than average and the quality of the food was stale as hell. Pretty bad

We only stayed here for one night and unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at all. The location of the hotel is nice, directly by the beach. The weird thing is however, the lobby does not seem like a lobby. There is no security or 24/7 front desk staff (they mostly sit in the office on the left). The room itself was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom is a thai style shower and toilet in one bathroom, very tiny. The thing that bothered me most was the constant noise in the building. You could hear people coming in and out the whole night (pattaya style?),I did not get a good sleep.

Small hotel located in Jomtien Beach area, near delicious local restaurants. The hotel has a cafe and beach chairs for sitting.

Nice place. Without being total luxury. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended if you just want to relax and have fun

Funky old place right at the shoreline of a not-so-interesting beach. Room is super basic. Staff is kind and helpful. A simple, nicely prepared breakfast was included. The area ain’t pretty but it’s full of fun eateries and pubs.

Seafalcon is a lovely small hotel with spotless clean bedlinen and towels. The owner is very nice and kind.
The location, for me, is perfect, as the hotel is on the quiet, peaceful NaJomtien beach. And that's why I stayed there.
I had a seaview room with a balcony on the 3rd floor, and the view is stunning.
I just wish there was a swimming pool, as the sea water is, unfortunately, dirty.
Will be back for sure.
