This is exactly what it appears to be in the photos. It is a cheap room close to the ocean. The front desk staff member was very kind. The room itself wasn't anything special but it was good enough for a budget stay. The A/C worked well which was much needed. There was an interesting lock on the bathroom door that would have allowed me to lock someone in the bathroom.

Not worth for the money. Cleanliness not upto the standard. I booked for two days but did not stay. They did not even refund when opted.

Very nice place with a perfect location: night market, tuk tuk stop and 7-Eleven right beside it! Comfortable bed, warm water. Table and chairs outside by the sea. We really enjoyed this stay! Can be a bit noisy from the motorbikes passing by but on the other hand waves sound is very calming and nice 🙂
A pleasant surprise was also being checked in before the official check in time!

Fantastic venue , close to food markets and 7/11 ,they have amazing views from the bedroom , wonderful staff and room was clean and lovely . Outdoor eating area was the best . They also have scooter hire with safety helmets so you can explorer the island n beaches .

Great Stay and Convenient Location

Everything was great. A big plus — you can rent a motorbike at a discounted rate (250 THB instead of 300) if you’re staying here. The location is very convenient for Koh Larn — close to a 7-Eleven and the ferry to Pattaya.

The family room is stand alone small house. There is balcony to see the sea view that chill but there are noisy from the temple because it’s next building. Nothing special there. The room is huge, bed is comfy, air conditioning well
