Absolutely amazing atmosphere, very high quality produce for breakfast and wonderful staff! Perfect for a quick getaway from Bangkok or stay as long as your heart desires. Parking was convenient for our self-drive trip. The baggage staff spoke a bit of Chinese, and they were very helpful and responsible when we needed to change our room type during our stay. The pool was nice, the shuttle service was convenient, and the kids really enjoyed breakfast.

A great location for a family vacation. The apartment is nice, but cleaning is done only every four days. Upon check-in, they didn't warn me about the electricity and water bills I'd need to pay at the end of the stay, didn't show me the meter readings, and didn't explain the rates. They just gave me a pretty hefty bill at the end. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great location with an amazing pool and literally across the road from Naithon beach which is stunning and quieter than many in Phuket.

Amazing place. Easily the best find in all of Phuket and perhaps the world. We could have lived anywhere, even Hawaii, and we chose Naithon Beach, Phuket. Staff is extremely tentative to guests,. Landscaping, saltwater pool and gym kept in immaculate condition ( inspected the bottom of the pool with my scuba gear and it's literally spotless and crack free ). Been there for a wedding. Most dramatic scenery due to their cliff side setting. The wedding took place in villa 8, beautiful steps down to the infinity pool, stunning authentic Thai decor. Very polite staff, excellent massage, the hotel exterior is gorgeous. Parks and pools - perfect. Noisy air conditioning and very VERY thin wall between the toilet and bedroom. It’s basically a window as shown in the hotel pictures. For couples- room for play but I went with my daughter and it was rather embarrassing as to go to the loo the other one had to leave the room. the best part was the huge free breakfast!! everything was great. the only thing bringing it down is that the entire resort, and town, seemed to be made for russians. the staff seemed very unhappy, and trained not to speak. we stayed for 2 days and were happy to get to a more varied and relaxed atmosphere.
