Great hotel in Surin Beach area. The staff was very nice. The room decor was modern and spacious. I enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. Enjoy the good coffee and soft serve daily. The multiple pools and loungers were great. Had a chance to use both gyms during my stay. A short walk to delicious Thai restaurants and massages. Will definitely stay again.

Staff tried to be helpful and manage the hord of people staying at this large complex.

The property itself is wonderful, with beautifully landscaped gardens. However, there’s no direct access to the beach. You will have to cross a road and walk on a path that cuts through an area that is currently undergoing construction. Did not feel the beach vibe here. However, they do provide a shuttle service to their sister hotel and a beach club in Bang Tao.

I rate the hotel very highly. 5 plus. The pool is very comfortable. There were always enough sun beds if you wanted to sunbathe. The breakfasts are very good. The room cleaning service was every day. The hotel is about half an hour from the airport, which makes getting to the airport much less stressful compared to staying in Patong or Karon. There's a dedicated shuttle service to the beach and commercial areas, which is very convenient. The restaurants nearby are also great!

Incredible service staff.stayed in a golf suites with friends very nice view of the golf course.the room very big and always clean. The food is great i like the buffet breakfast and the drinks at the bar. Recommended to group as they offer suites that can fix 6-8 people. Great holiday! Spacious and clean room tasty food from seedings. Swimming pool with a water slide is perfect for children also the kids playroom. Location very accessible as near to the beach as well as the shopping center. Staff excellent they will help you to book transportation around if you need.

There will be a lot of Russian if you want to avoid them, Don't come to here. You can enjoy it at a very low price, if you are a budget consideration, do not care about low water pressure sometimes no water and antique hardwares. I would highly recommend this to anyone who decides to stay in the Surin Beach area. It is a relatively old hotel compared to the newer ones in the area but it is very reasonably priced and worth staying at if you are on a tight budget. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly, it is hard to find bugs unless you bring them yourself. Family run business with very friendly service.

I had booked and paid my stay with Surin sunset hotel two months ago through Agoda. However when I arrived, the manager said she has given my booked room to someone else, which means they have double booked or over booked. I was in trouble for four and a half hours with my kids, before they have sort of resolved the problem. No compensation offered.

Nice clean basic hotel, staff friendly and helpful, the rooms are serviced daily. Close to Surin Beach and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. A very good value no frills hotel.

The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. I booked a package that included breakfast, and the service was outstanding. I stayed for 4 nights and had no problems at all.
