Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach in Naithon

Really close to the airport, a great choice for early morning flights.
The restaurant food is excellent.

I chose this Pullman near the airport over the Pullman at Karon Beach because I had a 9:30 AM flight the next day. I was so impressed by the lobby and the stunning infinity pool with a view. In front of the hotel, there's a beach on one side and a cliff on the other. The ocean here is completely different from Patong Beach; there are no islands blocking the view, so it's endless. The water is incredibly deep blue, like the Atlantic Ocean. The only thing that was disappointing and frustrating was the exorbitant price of the Nespresso capsules. I assumed they would be free, like the tea bags and coffee in hotels back home. They charged me an 800 baht deposit for two capsules, which is about 90 RMB per coffee, and there was no price list or warning about the cost.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, very high quality produce for breakfast and wonderful staff! Perfect for a quick getaway from Bangkok or stay as long as your heart desires. Every corner of this place is picture-perfect; it’s true, you really can’t take a bad photo here. Everything is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, making it effortlessly photogenic.

Parking was convenient for our self-drive trip. The baggage staff spoke a bit of Chinese, and they were very helpful and responsible when we needed to change our room type during our stay. The pool was nice, the shuttle service was convenient, and the kids really enjoyed breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay here in this breathtaking resort! My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and we love every bit of it.

Brett the GM personally came over to welcome us during check-in which is a first for me having stayed in many Accor properties around the world.

Check-in was a breeze and efficient. We were upgraded to the Grand Deluxe room which was very well appointed and close to the Adult Hub (where M Bar is located).

Hotel was ongoing renovations so Elements Dining and the main swimming pool was closed, however we appreciated the fact that this was communicated early on during our reservation and also via email again to ensure we were properly informed.

On our last night we encountered issues with the air-conditioning which was not functioning, however it was quite a major issue and couldn't be fixed overnight. This is where this resort stands out from the rest, within minutes Front Desk called to arrange a temporary room just for the night and whisked us away. Next morning upon check-out they personally apologized for the inconvenience. Kudos to the team for excellent Service Recovery!

We would also like to give our appreciation to the front concierge team who arranges buggy and valet services, I'm bad with names so I can't recall their names, but I remember the two ladies are from Hatyai and Betong for their hospitality.

Overall I feel that the management team leads by example and it trickles down to the entire team at Pullman Phuket Arcadia. One of the best hospitality I've encountered.

Every time I visit Phuket, I always choose to stay here.

Before this trip, I had emailed Mr. Albert to let him know that I would be returning and celebrating my birthday. His warm and thoughtful reply truly touched me — it means a lot that he always remembers returning guests.

The room decoration was absolutely stunning and such a wonderful surprise. I felt really touched by the effort, as I believe Mr. Albert was probably the only one who knew it was my birthday.

On the last morning, which happened to be my birthday, I didn’t get to see Mr. Albert, but I noticed that other Platinum guests received farewell sets from the restaurant staff. I remember receiving one during my previous stay, but not this time — it made me a little surprised, though it’s just a small detail.

Vero restaurant is a must-visit — the sunset view is absolutely stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff provide excellent service.

One thing I’ve always appreciated about this hotel is how Mr. Brett Wilson – General Manager, and Mr. Albert – Hotel Manager, always take turns greeting guests personally, both at check-in and during breakfast.

It’s quite rare to see a General Manager personally greet guests, but here, it happens every time. I’ve seen this consistency and warmth since the time when Mr. Albert was still the Food and Beverage Manager.

Every visit here truly feels like coming home. The staff are always kind, attentive, and provide wonderful service.

My sister and I decided to celebrate her birthday weekend here. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. From the accommodation to the service, to the special birthday cake prepared for my sister in our room. The food at Vero was always on point, the drinks at the lobby bar and the Mbar were done just right, and the spa service was just what we needed. The breakfast buffet was also amazing! We definitely felt welcomed

The hotel’s location is ideal—not only close to the airport but also right by a fantastic beach that’s especially beautiful during the summer months.

The resort itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately maintained. Rooms are exceptionally large, modern, and decorated in calming neutral tones.

There are two inviting pools: one for adults only and another for families. The Mexican restaurant beside the upper pool is a hidden gem, serving excellent food in a relaxed setting.

During our stay, the main restaurant was under renovation, but the hotel handled it seamlessly by hosting breakfast in the ballroom. The spread was outstanding—complete with Chandon sparkling wine in the mornings.

It’s hard to find fault with this property. Even the transport around the resort stood out, with remodelled Nissan cars (doors removed!) instead of the usual buggies—such a fun and unique touch.

We also enjoyed an outstanding dinner at the Italian restaurant, which impressed us with both authentic flavors and the quality of its ingredients.

Overall, this is a beautifully run hotel and a property we would happily return to. Clearly, it’s led with great care and attention to detail.
