They only let you borrow one beach towel a day. You can’t take two, and if your towel gets wet, you can’t exchange it. Had a good few days at nai yang beach resort and spa. Our rooms were clean and large. Rooms cleaned every day if you wanted it. Good large patio on lower level. They went above and beyond to make sure we had two rooms together. They have 3 pools and a water park for the children. Reception was easy to deal with and the gardens were very nice.

Good location, a few steps to the beach. The hotel is in good location, managed by locals but maintenance needs a lot of attention, room I stayed, has a lot of issue.. water flow is weak, window was not able to locked, but in the end was fixed by the owner. However I feel that this should be checked and be ready prior to arrival.

Been there for a wedding. Most dramatic scenery due to their cliff side setting. The wedding took place in villa 8, beautiful steps down to the infinity pool, stunning authentic Thai decor. This was certainly not up to the standard we expected for the money in Thailand. Lovely staff, but sadly the rooms need an update. Bathrooms diabolical and large bugs all over the place. It was nothing like what we had left previous. Electrics precarious. The stairs are an uneven hazard and not suitable for the struggling. Jacks was perhaps the best part on the beach.

Over all stay at Naiyang is ok, since no Breakfast available looks to be a-bit troublesome, and near by the main streets, there is no popular restaurant. Only local food shops, which might not suit to everyone stomach. Because the Main City of Phuket is really quiet a Distance travel. Good luck

Room was clean. No elevator so you have to carry your bags up the stairs. Room was very noisy, heard small fans, clicking, and the arriving and departing planes, except between 12am and 5am when they close.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and we couldn’t recommend it more. When we arrived we asked if we could have a room that overlooked the runway and the staff were excellent in letting us have that room. My partner and I had a good stay at the resort. It was a fantastic experience and unfiorgettable! Though we had some issues with how sudden the maintenance on our unit was, moreover, it was good. It's definitely recommended for travelers with a taste of beach experience.

It was a wonderful stay, they gave us a newly renovated room. The room was situated on the ground floor and was an adjoining room as well. They have 4 swimming pools to have fun in the water and right outside is the beautiful Naiyang beach with a lot food shops, 7/11 everything is at a walking distance. Airport is about 7mins or even lesser depends on the traffic.

Nice mid class hotel. Clean and willing to help staff. Well maintained gardens and pool area. Breakfast is average. Located just next to the Nai Yang beach. The food of the restaurant is very tasty and at reasonable price.

The hotel has several pools, plus a splash pool for kids. For just over 200 yuan a night, what more could you ask for? It far exceeded my expectations.

Very large hotel. I recommend booking a villa or room with access to the pool. The hotel has 4 very nice pools. The facilities are very clean. They let me in before the cheking and leave 2 hours later. The area is great there are many places to eat on the beach, good atmosphere, hams on the beach for only 100b and a seven eleven at the door.
