Parking was convenient for our self-drive trip. The baggage staff spoke a bit of Chinese, and they were very helpful and responsible when we needed to change our room type during our stay. The pool was nice, the shuttle service was convenient, and the kids really enjoyed breakfast.

We were allocated a room right at the end of the hotel. My husband’s knee is not the best. So we are if we could have room closer to reception. But was told no. Reception staff were rude when I ask if they have an adapter. Her answers abruptly said go to the shop. Staff at restaurant does not understand about gluten free if when I Google translate for her. It was a wonderful stay, they gave us a newly renovated room. The room was situated on the ground floor and was an adjoining room as well. They have 4 swimming pools to have fun in the water and right outside is the beautiful Naiyang beach with a lot food shops, 7/11 everything is at a walking distance. Airport is about 7mins or even lesser depends on the traffic.

I walked from the airport about 11 mins from the international arrivals and about 14 mins walk from internal arrivals. If you've got kids and lots of luggage I would recommend a taxi. Over all stay at Naiyang is ok, since no Breakfast available looks to be a-bit troublesome, and near by the main streets, there is no popular restaurant. Only local food shops, which might not suit to everyone stomach. Because the Main City of Phuket is really quiet a Distance travel. Good luck

Been there for a wedding. Most dramatic scenery due to their cliff side setting. The wedding took place in villa 8, beautiful steps down to the infinity pool, stunning authentic Thai decor. We stayed at this hotel for one night and we couldn’t recommend it more. When we arrived we asked if we could have a room that overlooked the runway and the staff were excellent in letting us have that room. We then spent the night watching the planes take off and land which was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. If we are back we would definitely stay here again

Booked Louis Runway View Hotel at the last minute after a late flight and it was a total win — open reception, spotless room, and friendly smiles even past midnight. Only a few minutes’ walk from Phuket Airport, which makes it a lifesaver when you land late or have an early flight. Comfortable bed, strong air-con, and surprisingly quiet given the location.

it’s right outside airport so you can see flights landings and 7 eleven is very next to property. highly recommend cafe 186 which is in next lane only and have amazing chef name Patt

We were greeted with a great personality and friendly staff Extreamly clean and updated rooms, amazing friendly staff. I highly reccomend staying here if you have a late flight. Don't be fooled by the outside, it's genuinely the best room I've ever stayed in for $30. And the pillows were super soft which is a bonus.
