Pearl of Naithon in Naithon

A great location for a family vacation. The apartment is nice, but cleaning is done only every four days. Upon check-in, they didn't warn me about the electricity and water bills I'd need to pay at the end of the stay, didn't show me the meter readings, and didn't explain the rates. They just gave me a pretty hefty bill at the end. Otherwise, everything was great.

The Pearl of Naithon complex lives up to its name, being the pearl of luxury real estate not only on the island, but throughout the entire globe.

The complex consists of six three-storey buildings with 77 apartments, designed for an unforgettable vacation. And these are not just empty words - all apartments are furnished with cozy and comfortable furniture, equipped with absolutely all necessary equipment, high-speed internet and satellite TV with channels from all over the world.

The territory has a communal pool with jacuzzi, gym, pool, restaurant, bar and underground parking. There are sun loungers by the pool, as well as a Thai gazebo Sala. Naturally, the complex is fully guarded.

But most importantly, the Pearl of Naithon complex is located just 50 meters from Naithon Beach - one of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches in Phuket. In addition, the complex is buried in tropical vegetation, surrounded on all sides by the hills of the national park.

Pearl of Naithon is conveniently located just 10 minutes' drive from Phuket International Airport and 15 minutes from 4 world renowned golf clubs.

The hotel is excellent! Very well-kept area, fully corresponds to the photos. One caveat water and electricity pay separately at the end of the rest on the counter.

Great location with an amazing pool and literally across the road from Naithon beach which is stunning and quieter than many in Phuket.

Amazing place. Easily the best find in all of Phuket and perhaps the world. We could have lived anywhere, even Hawaii, and we chose Naithon Beach, Phuket.

Staff is extremely tentative to guests,.

Landscaping, saltwater pool and gym kept in immaculate condition ( inspected the bottom of the pool with my scuba gear and it's literally spotless and crack free ).

Footsteps from arguably the nicest beach in all of Phuket. Massage parlor literally next door. Good local eats nearby. Fresh fruit vendors out on the street every day.

I literally have no idea why this place is so empty but I'm happy-go-lucky that it is. I have a giant pool and gym all to myself. Will be buying one of these condos as soon as my 2 year lease is up.

This is luxury living at an extreme discount.
