Villa No.2

The Villa: (3 stars) This is ,personally, my biggest disappointment of the trip. Yes, this Villa has huge premise with 6 bedrooms, an air-conditioned grand living room including 10-seater dining table, 2 spacious terraces, 1 outdoor dining area, and a private swimming pool. However!!!..., the decoration is quite plain and lack of details. Several things (touch points) here need to be renovated, changed, and improved. Because decorations of the whole villa are so plain, simple, dull, and quite old, these making me feel like staying at a typical apartment. Also beware to all Thais, there is no bidet sprayer (ที่ฉีดก้น) in the toilet!

The service: (5 stars) full score hands down. Straight from the airport to the Villa, you will get spoiled and pampered by the butlers and fellow staff that ready and eager to serve you 24 hours during your stay. Actually, a personal butler will stay at the Villa with you during your stay at his room. Everything can be arranged to your villa upon your request for instance your 3 meals, Thai massage, and activities that they have for other guests. Check-in & out is done right at the Villa. While the Villa is my biggest disappointment, on the contrary, the staff and service are what I pleased the most.

The food: (4.5 stars) no matter what food: Italian, Thai, or Seafood. The foods tatste so good and serve real fast. Their signature black truffle pizza is really good. Their southern Thai menus are a must to try, a true authentic taste.

The beach: (4 stars) private and peaceful beach. Beautiful natural corals along the beach line great for snorkeling. All beach activity equipments can be borrowed for free. A lot of hermit crabs, big ones!

Overall: Great place for families and couples that love private and luxurious vacation. But with my personal preference and expectations of the rooms, this Villa doesn't deliver the WOW factor to me. Personally, this Villa is not worth paying for.
