Stayed here last week and was very very nice, due to my wife having bad knees, they kindly moved us to another room lower down with no issue at all, rooms were great, clean and staff were super friendly, great location for the beach/shops, less than 1 min walk! would definitely stay again.

I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel that has more friendly staff. It feels like family, the rooms are clean and comfortable, great location.

The bed is soft and comfortable. The 3 of us, father, mother and child, slept comfortably.

We stayed here for a week. The staff was amazing. Location right by the beach. Restaurants, dispensary and night life all around. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Comfortable beds and a view of all the action.

Fantastic place...lovely staff, excellent value, so new and clean. Also just a stones throw from the beach.
I was worried when I saw it is in a very popular night life street but the soundproofing is excellent and I didn't hear a thing.
By far my best room in the less than £15 per night price range...in fact better than hotels at twice the price I've stayed at in the last 6 weeks in Thailand.
Highly recommend, can't fault the place.

The owners are so lovely! Gave recommendations of places to visit nearby, let us use a their shower after we had checked out and helped us get to the station! Rooms are nice, beds big and showers great.

The staff were expecting me and booked me in straight away. My room was on the 1st floor, double bed, en-suite toilet and shower, air-con, refrigerator, TV and strong free Wi-Fi. Walking distance a matter of minutes to the beach. 2 bicycles available for hotel guests use. There was a very nice lady manager at the hotel who made sure there was free coffee and breakfast snacks on the morning for the guests and she went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating to everyone even giving me a free ride to the railway station to continue my holiday. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location close to bars restaurants shops etc room was a bit small hard to get in and out of the double bed otherwise ok friendly staff

Located on bus soi should you be familiar with cha-am. Lovely youthful Thai lady owner along with her staff of equally lovely young ladies are gracious, accommodating, funny and always have smiles for you.
