Excellent location. Best beach front area for relaxing.

Extremely welcoming and courteous staff,very good breakfast

Rooms and bathrooms need more lighting, mattresses are comfortable

Cha Am is a “quiet” even more laid-back than Krabi or Bang Sean beaches, plenty of palm trees, or pine trees, or the beach umbrellas plenty of shade in Crystal Clearwater

Very good place to stay! It was very close to the beach, 7-11, and easy to find some foods. The staff was really kind. The room is nice and the environment is very peaceful.

Nice hotel . Nothing to complain . The room interior could be a little bit improved , for example by adding extra things around the door for hanging clothes and stuff, or one more chair in the balcony. But overall it's ok

The hotel is located right by the sea, across a small road from the beach. There are many 711s and local food around, very convenient. But we were unlucky. On the first night, there was a food festival on the beach. The DJ speakers were so loud that it made us doubt our lives. The second day, there was no activity and it was very quiet... I slept well. The shower was not very useful, the water flow was large and cold. There is a cute little swimming pool, the service is not bad, and they helped to borrow a wheelchair for a friend who broke his foot.

In a nutshell, the hotel is very clean, close to the beach and restaurants, convenient store 7-11. The breakfast is appropriate, not too many varieties but still acceptable. Our room is on the 1st floor and it is peaceful and quiet. Lots of spaces to put our stuffs and luggages. The best thing I love about this hotel is their shampoo and body soap. The smell is so refreshing and relax that I could take the bath all day long :) The wifi is strong. Enough parking area.
One minor comment is the hotel should reconsider renovating the pool area especially the artificial grass which keeps dirts and water which I'm concerned about the cleanliness.
