Good stay but bad receptionist overchaged us. Room supposed to be TB700 only. Charged us TB1000 and pocketed the TB300. When i saw the receipt it was TB700 only. The manager or supervisor saw the cctv and open the new receipt at TB1000.00 Dishonest staffs pull down your hotel reputation. Sad case

Service without a smile There was only one employee who looked sullen. There are no recommendations.
We booked a pool view room. Instead, I got a room on the rooftop. The room was very hot.
I don't want to say too much😭 in short....I don't want to go here again and ever.

Stay approx. At 7:00 p.m., we reserved 2 rooms, the owner let us stay on the 3rd floor, the price was 500 baht per room, the key deposit was 200 baht per room, the accommodation and equipment in the room looked old and unusable. The accommodation room had a loud air conditioner all night. Couldn't sleep all night. The TV in the room was not clear. There were no tissues in the bathroom. Another room that was reserved. There is no air conditioner remote. To use and in the room The air conditioner is loud all night. There were cockroaches on the floor as well, and there were also mosquitoes in the bathroom and bedroom. We had to sit and swat the mosquitoes in the bedroom all the time.
(Note: Look at reviews from people who have stayed there. But it was a past review from 2-3 years ago. I thought it was good, so I contacted to reserve accommodation. But then I was disappointed by the force)
