Koh Yao Seaview Bungalow Guest house

We had a fantastic time at Koh Yao Seaview Bungalow. As a family-run establishment, the staff took the time to get to know us and offered truly personal care throughout our stay. They even packed a snack for our day trip!!! We appreciated their generosity, their friendliness and their willingness to make our stay pleasant. The bungalow itself was clean, and spacious. Highly recommended!!!!

This is a great property that is well maintained. I stayed in a beach bungalow which was spacious and nicely appointed. The air con was great, the balcony a good size, the beds a little hard but no worse than anywhere else in Thailand.

The restaurant has an extensive menu which was reasonably priced and tasty, bonus it always came out in record time.

Yes its beachfront is tidal and there’s a long stretch of mud flats on low tide, but it’s is still so very pretty and in a great location.

Boa, the on-site Manager was very friendly & always seemed to be on call for guests. There were a lot of families when I visited, maybe the European winter. Not sure, haven’t seen that many kids at a property in a long time.

One of the highlights of my trip to Thailand. Quiet, peaceful, great facilities. The beach is more muddy than sandy but that's what makes it unique - and quiet. Beautiful pool, bungalows are basic but with everything you need - and just steps from the beach. There's a small, casual restaurant that manages to be bother super cheap and actually really good. Credit to owner Bao who can't do enough to help you. Thoroughly recommend.

Cozy atmosphere, beach access, clean pool, helpful manager, good restaurant, laundry wash option.

Although overall quiet you could hear every noise from outside. Nothing for light sleepers. Bathroom door would not shut.

Amazing staff. Extremely helpful. All of transfers were handled with no issues and extremely cheaply. The food is delicious and inexpensive. The beach is so clean and warm.

Stunning location. 2 or 3 restaurants and a small village within walking distance, although transport would be helpful. You can rent a bike at this place. Lovely pool - magnificent view of the beach at all times of the day and night. Bao. The owner/manager is a delight.... so helpful, so kind and knowledgeable. The on site restaurant has a broad range of good Thai food. In all, this place is hard to beat.

We had a great time there, it's run by a family who is so friendly and helpful. They can arrange boat trips to nearby tourist spots and they also have motor bikes and kayaks for rent. They have a small restaurant where they cook cheap and delicious food. Recommended for families or just for people who want a layed back experience.

Excellent and VERY quiet place. No noise but sounds of waves and palm leaves. Good food. Nice and friendly service. An extra special, they have a very good bicycle to rent. Everything is perfectly arranged. If the tuk tuk ordered for 7.00, it comes at 6:55.
