This is our third year in a row choosing this hotel. It has a large, green area, plenty of activities for both kids and adults, and the sea and beach are perfect. Great resort with lots of activities and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Was low season so was not busy but still there was lots of activities on offer each day. We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort. You also have taxi service at the entrance so easy to move around. I highly recommend this place if u want to switch off and relax, very serene atmosphere.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the location, the grounds, the incredibly friendly staff. Nice big and clean pools. There are several children's pools for the youngest guests. Good breakfasts. The room is a bit old, but clean. In the evenings they deliver clean towels for the beach to the rooms. I was there during Songkran. And there was music party during the night at the beach close to beach front villa where I stayed every single nights! No one told us or proposed any option when we checked in. Our whole family loves relaxing at hotels, so the slightly remote location was definitely worth it for the low crowds, especially compared to the usual throng on Phuket island itself. There were very few Chinese tourists, mostly Europeans, Russians, and some Indians who were all quite well-behaved, unlike the noisy ones you sometimes encounter...

The rooms were like a maze. The price was way too expensive during Chinese New Year – over 2,000-3,000 baht for a hotel that usually costs a few hundred. The hotel's BBQ dinner buffet wasn't good either, and there's nothing around the area. It was impossible to get a taxi to the airport; we had to ask the hotel to call one for us. It's really far, costing 2,000 baht to get near the airport.

Not sure how hotels get their rating but I would say Outrigger is more 4 star than 5. The bathroom really lets the room down with the blind required on the shower, the positioning of the toilet and the quality of the actual shower. Perfect location next to a beautiful beach. Not very crowded and loads of spaces to lie out in deck chairs or on the sand. Hotel staff are excellent, super helpful and kind. Outrigger has its own app which made ordering additional toiletries for our room simple. Only tricky part is getting to/from the hotel ad it is a 10min drive from Khao Lak town but the hotel can help you to order a taxi.

Incredible place with fabulous view. I really appreciated the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with the sound of the sea. My experiences in their yoga class and spa were amazing. The room was wonderful and their staffs provided impressive services. They were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the food, which tasted great, by the sea. Thank you for making it a completely perfect holiday :)

We had a half board package. Top quality food with a great selection. Long stretch of beach which was practically deserted. We had a problem with our loft room and got moved but wasn't a smooth process. The location is quiet, couple of roadside eateries within walking distance. The hotel spa is OK but you can get a better one 100 metres from the hotel just of the beach and 20% of the price

What an incredible stay! We stayed in the grand pool suite - which is as fantastic and very private. The staff are amazing - so friendly, so attentive and always willing to help. They were especially good with our 8 month old daughter. The view from the main pool and restaurant, right on the beach, was amazing. The sunsets while drinking a cocktail can’t be beat.

What can I say except everything about my stay here has been FIVE STAR The room is beautifully appointed and well kept. Very comfortable. The wellness facility have really looked after me and have tailored my week here superbly. Massages, Himalayan Salt rubs, Facial, Body wraps and more…..Sublime Restaurant staff have been very special and made me feel incredibly honoured. I will be back. Thank you...

Amazing people at the resort from the front desk to the service staffs to the restaurant staffs. No specific names to mention because they are ALL extremely nice & attentive people. They’re so welcoming we had a really enjoyable stay with them. Breakfast selections were great, much better than other resorts we’ve stayed. Our room was clean & comfortable with a great view! This place is owned by Brits if I am correctly informed. This is the standard you are staying there - proper upperclassman. Very stylish, wonderful garden, breakfast a la carte ❤️, I would put it in the category „small luxury boutique hotel“. I had the Jacuzzi Suite, a really big area with two rooms, private balcony. This was one of the highlights of our holiday. The attention to detail was exceptional. The staff were warm and friendly and we were greeted by several managers when we arrived with a big welcome and offered their help and advice. We traveled with 2 teens so we thought the slower pace of the hotel would bore them. We were wrong! They had endless fun with the water sport equipment provided and relaxed...

Had a lovely stay at the Sarojin. The ambience was peaceful and staff were friendly and warm. Room was spacious, clean and I loved the nature-theme! Food was tasty and fresh! Enjoyed walking along the beach and chilling in the vicinity. Strongly recommend !

Nice hotel .. good staff very friendly .. if you book a room book with access to the pool that is much better and nicer Only disadvantage is the towel laying .. looks a bit like Turkey .. therefore room with access to the pool then you always have your own bed
