The atmosphere was wonderful, and it's situated right by the sea. Rooms are spacious, and the large swimming pool was a blast.

The property was exceptionally clean and had a very pleasant atmosphere. I give it a perfect 10/10, and I'll certainly be back!

i recently spent 2 weeks here, and my 60th birthday. The hotel is lovely, the food a staff are amazing, as is the location. We went on lots of trips out to elephant sanctuaries, James Bond island, temples and blessings. The whole experience and holiday was excellent. The hotel in general is great, food fab at breakfast. Resturant food great if a little limited on the menu. Pool great and all round service great. It was a nice hotel. We stayed for one night and checked in late. The good news is that the reception is open 24 hours. I really liked the hotel. It's cozy, quiet, and very clean, with lots of birds singing beautifully. The beach is gorgeous, and it's deserted. The room is beautiful, convenient to travel, good service, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. Every time I visit Khao Lak, I make sure to stay here. I've probably stayed almost 10 times now; it's just so affordable and good!

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this place is perfect. You'll need a motorbike to get around to different spots; otherwise, you'll be relying on a tuk-tuk. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There's a bicycle available to borrow if you want to ride around. It's small and cozy, and the rooms are good.

The hotel is near the main road, which makes it quite noisy at night and hard to sleep. There is no elevator, and no staff were available to assist with luggage.

It was a shame the water pressure in the shower was so low. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but they call taxis for you right away for 200 baht. There's a Thai restaurant next to the hotel that's popular with locals, and it's really delicious and affordable.

Yes, the hotel has seen better days, but overall it was still decent for the price, and above all, clean. We didn't have any issues with brown water or loose objects in or around the pool. The staff are very, very friendly and try to accommodate any requests or concerns. We were there for three days. The rooms and villa was very tired and lacking freshness - wallpaper peeling off walls, damp patches, stains ont he celing, and walls, patches were paintings once hung and a general sense that the whole place needed a lcik of paint and some TLC.
