I stayed for one night. The room was clean and beautiful, far exceeding expectations for the price. Anyone passing through this area should stop and stay here; you won't be disappointed!

The room was okay for 500 baht, good value for money. People who aren't bothered about the bathroom being outside the room on the balcony (there was even a weighing scale! lol)

The service staff are terrible. When asked, they scowl at me. There are nearly 10 staff members, and less than 2 provide good service. They don't want to answer questions. I can report any problems, but they don't know what I'm talking about. The smell in the common hallway is terrible. I rent this place monthly. When I first moved in, I had to use my feet to walk through it. There was only dust. I had to sweep and mop it myself. I swept and mopped it three times. When I moved out, I was charged a cleaning fee. Other issues weren't too bad, but the service staff were terrible. When I asked any questions, they gave perfunctory answers. It's the worst I've ever encountered. I always pay on time, not asking to stay for free. I deserve better service.

Quite good for this price, not expensive 500-700 baht (key card deposit 500฿ per room), spacious room, clean, strong water, attached to the broken shower😅 Located in a community area (not lonely😂) there is a minimart, very convenient.

Located near the community, near a minimart. There is a lot of parking but little parking near the accommodation. You have to carry your luggage far enough for people with a lot of stuff. Inside the room is clean, the room has many night prices that go to room 700 (9/10/2023). There is a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, Ovaltine, coffee, bread, hair dryer, cold air conditioner, water is not warm, little flow. Personally, I feel that after taking a shower I am not satisfied. The bed is not soft but comfortable. In the bathroom there is a separate zone. Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, comb, hair shower cap, ear stick are provided. As for the service staff, they are very good. Overall, I like them.

I feel terrible. I booked through Agoda the first time for over 2000 baht. At that time I found a rat running in the bathroom. This time I came to pay at the venue for 800 baht and found cockroaches. May I ask, where is the cleanliness? And the price through Agoda and the actual price are not consistent at all. The room smells musty, but the rats and cockroaches can't stand it. Urgent renovation. Waiting to check in took almost an hour longer than the security guard coming to open the room. You should leave someone to take care of you 24 hours.
