The condo has its own 7-Eleven inside the building, and it’s conveniently located near Big C Extra and BTS On Nut. It’s a lively area with lots of convenience, and this condo is very popular among foreigners.

Extremely clean with spacious rooms. The location is good, not great. About 1 km from the BTS in a walkable neighbourhood, although... it feels longer at the end of the day. The room is well appointed, with a full size fridge, microwave, modern bathroom, a kitchen table and chairs and utensils.
Keep in mind that this is run more like a residence and not a real hotel. There's no front desk, just a person sitting outside at an impromptu table, so the check-in / check-out is weird. Also... zero English is spoken at this property, so... expect online translation or using your hands to communicate basic needs.
Would we stay here again? Yes, for the cleanliness of the room and not expecting a hotel next time.

No hotel staff, but only cleaner and security guards. They speak no English at all. Security staff asked me to pay deposit which also made me uncomfortable

Cheap condo to rent. Around 13000 Thb.

But South side of building A is horrible to sleep at night, extremely noisy street.
I stayed at Building-A Room 322 (19th floor), couldn’t sleep for months due to noise. Had to leave my two months deposit, no consideration even after months of prior notice.
Absolutely non cooperative owner & agents of the unit.

The middle building is much better, stayed there prior to this.

A very convenient and comfortable condo.
There’s a 7-Eleven, restaurants, hair salon, and laundry shop right downstairs. The security system is great, and the area feels very safe. In the evening, it’s nice and breezy—perfect for a relaxing walk. You can also easily walk out of the project and cross the bridge behind the condo to reach Habito Mall, which has a beautiful river view, plenty of food options, and everything you might need.

The swimming pool is excellent — great for laps and offers a stunning view. The fitness room is well-equipped with all the essentials, but you’ll need to register for a membership card to use it.

Nice surrounding areas, two 7/11, a Lotus fresh market and a Pharmacy within 1 minute walk. 6 minutes walk to Punnawithi BTS station.

You get what you pay for?
Not bad, not great. Truly a 2-3 star experience. Good for one night or if your on an extreme budget a few more days. No bugs, etc, clean but simply put an older model hotel designed for you to have a roof over your head and bed to sleep in and privacy. Ful-fills your basic needs.
