Hotel is not expensive but the lamp was broken before arriving, the room was not clean to 80% and the abnormal amount of mirrors are creepy at night. Also there are no windows which is strange. We checked in a night and the guy at the reception lack any smile, his eye look like a man with no hope.

The hotel was really close to the airport which really helped. It was a nice room, but when I arrived, at 4 am I was asked for a 200B deposit, and the lady refused to give me a receipt. She was ignorant and not at all polite. All I wanted was a receipt nothing more, and she rolled her eyes, laughed in a sarcastic way. Made me very annoyed

A good hotel for 2-3 nights. It is located near the airport, so it is a little noisy at night from flying planes, but not critical. Nice warm light in the room, good fridge, air conditioning works well, but it's a bit noisy. The Internet is unstable. There is a 7/11 store nearby and songteo stops in both directions. Average hotel. No vegetarian options. Bigger room but less amenities. Staff do not understand English well and phone lines are broke so you have walk down to reception for every time you need something.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only, coming from the airport. It was okay for a nights sleep and shower before heading to our destination. Breakfast wasn’t good, and I recommend you take your own slippers as they don’t provide it.

I used the hotel for test and go. PCR Test on arrival. Staff were very helpful. Rooms large and clean. Meals are buffet style. Many choices. Close to the Airport. I chose well for quarantine purposes. No issues or complaints from me. Loved the food variety and amount available.

A very dated hotel, definitely not 4 stars, 3 would be more appropriate. The toilet flush in the bathroom runs through, only cold water in the shower, nothing in the surrounding area that you can do, nothing in the hotel is actually open either. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. But it's close to the airport, which is an advantage.

Like most Thailand hotels. A lack of upkeep and maintenance is obvious. The pool looked clean. The buffet was just ok. The room was big and worn down needs painting and repairs. Large balcony covered in pigeon poop. No furniture is non-usable. The bathroom was small. The front desk staff was a little lost when it came to checking in. Over priced. I will not stay again. Others may find it to their liking

There are many things that aren't okay. If you want to try staying in an unusual place – both the staff and the residents are strange – and you're not too picky about things, then I recommend giving it a try. Hotel for overnight stay. The most ordinary minimalistic room. It is considered to be a hotel for dates.

Good Place I Like I Like It's on Soi 23 there is a fuel station marking the turn, The host Paul is great, he speaks English well and he has travelled in many countries. He loves telling his stories and helping you on your journey. There is a cleaning lady that cleans your room every day, she's very good!! I recommend to everyone as it is a great place!

The air conditioner was leaking. I was too tired to make a complain. I don't think the bed covers were changed. The check out receptionist was bit rude. She sounded snappy. She doesn't even smile. She sounded angry when I told her I had 1 sprite and is ready to pay for it. You have to deposit 500 bht when you check in. The only good thing about that hotel was there's a 7/11 right outside the building...

The shower is located on the balcony. I don't understand why it's not placed inside a proper bathroom. It feels quite exposed and not very private, as even with a partition, you can still see through the gaps. The blanket had bugs, and there was a slight musty smell, but that was tolerable.

The service from staff across all departments was consistently poor. It started with the male parking attendant playing games on his phone, completely ignoring guests. We had to walk to the parking counter ourselves to ask where we could park. Good location near suvanabhumi airport only 10 min by car. Near 7-11, laundry, many shop and restaurant, salon and pharmacy.

Very convenient for traveling with dogs but you have to book an executive garden access room which is not mentioned!!

Everything you need and close to the airport shuttle. Friendly helpful employees.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the environment is super comfortable. It's also conveniently located near a metro station. They even offer a golf cart shuttle service to the metro or a nearby 7-Eleven. The rooms are spacious, and some even have private pools. Breakfast is also quite good.

The best place to stay if you’re in Bangkok for relaxation. no worries about transportation,There’s shuttle bus standby for your convenience and you can call them to pick up. But they’re allow to go to Rye Market, Yellow Line, Airport Link and nearby. Free coffee every 4-5pm with a side of snacks.

Zayn Express & Suites (not to be confused with Zayn Hotel Bangkok) is my go to choice if I want to be near to the airport, the rate is affordable and about 10-15mins walk from Hua Mak Airport Line (depending on your pace). Our visit to Zayn Hotel, Bangkok was truly a beautiful memory. It is a Muslim-friendly hotel and also offers halal breakfast. We stayed there for three nights, and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Housekeeping was done every day, which we really appreciated. The room itself isn't bad. Clean, spacious and good value for what you pay. However, the bathrooms are in really bad condition and poorly built. Showering gets the entire floor and toilet wet.
