Overall, it was good. The room was clean, there was no noise disturbance, the air conditioner was quiet, and the price was reasonable.

Everything in the room quite good except the water in the bathroom flows too gently

I am not leaving a review for the hotel itself, but leaving one for the little cafe here at 14 Avenue. I cannot judge the beds or rooms here obviously for not staying in one, but the little cafe itself is amazing. The food is just amazing, the flavor, and quality are just delicious! The phone is always ringing off the hook with orders flowing, and a few others enjoying such an amazing meal! I had fried flat noodles, also was spicy fried pork, and spicy seafood with rice!

You can find an entrance straight to the cafe and an entrance to the hotel from the hotel side!
