Thaisun Bangkok Hotel in Bangkok

Checked in, saw that the room was not that clean and that the bathroom is seethrough, and since i was with my mother i went to the reception and asked if i could have another one, and luckily they had another room where the bathroom was a normal one. In the new room there was no cold water, only scalding hot, and the maintenance guy couldnt really fix it, so he turned off the water heating, and this made the water only normal warm, which is okay. But i am not happy with the cleanliness of the rooms at all, i am not being picky, but there are stains everywhere,the walls are almost yellow and the bathrooms are not clean. You just dont feel clean in the room, If you understand what i mean. I also found a towel being dried on the outside of my window, dont know if this was from the guest before me or what 🫠. Also the beds are wobbly and not comfortable, they feel like a kids basinet, the one you can move around. And i dont know how no one thought of this but the shower head is mounted on a thing that doesnt point at you, so you literally have to take the shower head in 1 hand and wash yourself wirh the other, instead of just being able to tilt the shower head up and down, also no towel rack inside the bathroom. Where are you supposed to hang your towels? Or clothes that you took off?
I also found a lot of tiny tiny ants that are almost invisible all around the room especially the walls. Woke up with my arm full of red fits/rash. Pest control is not good apparently.
On our final night, we came back to the hotel at 8pm and the AC just stopped working, and they moved us again to another room, which was maintained even worse, and smelled like cigarette smoke, as well as one of the beds was broken, you could barely sleep on it. Also all Air conditioners in the room are full of dust and should be cleaned, and they are extremely loud aswell, even with the fan on the lowest option. Also a lot of mosquitos in the hotel rooms, i always woke up with bites on my arm.
I also did not like the staff attitude, especially the one from the night shift, not friendly and passive.
The improvements that need to be made are not even that difficult. Just deep clean the rooms once in a while, and bleach your beddings so they get white and paint the walls that are yellow, change the ugly cheap platic bins for metal ones (gives a more expensive look), in general the hotel needs quality maintenance. The lobby looks amazing though😅, now make the rest of the hotel like the lobby. Also the aisle on each floor is hot asf, why no AC?
Overall 1/10, wouldnt come here again, i would rather spend a little more next time and enjoy my holidays more.
