One of the best place to stay in Bangkok especially the situation if you work outside of Bangkok.
The location is really good for take high way to wherever.
Not busy area and it's very quiet.
And the people so kind and they are enough good as hotel worker.
I really recommend this place for the person who work hard and play hard.

I forgot about 12k THB in the room after checked out and the hotel contacted me by email about the money. Sooo Impressed with honesty and service.

The receptiontists are friendly and super helpful. Location is convenient. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Close to Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Will defo go back there again.

ease of access to why we were there knew the location and site great we could be self contained transport options for Skytrain + Central Bangna liked that prior there was as 'store' on site to get some key items

The Trainee girl here working as a waitress and a stand-in front reception after learning that I don’t like the food being left on the floor; deliberately insinuated to the food deliverer to leave my food on the floor first before delivering it to me!
It’s so outrageous! He was still on the phone with me when I can literally hear her calling me ugly names and insinuating for him to place my food on the floor first before delivering to me!
How vicious and vindictive can a waitress be? I don’t even know her and haven’t had any contacts with her. Yet; she took it upon herself to profile me and made it so personal!
I cannot even start to imagine what she would do to those customers food.
I seriously don’t recommend this place nor eating at the restaurant!

I have been staying here in Tepp for 2 years with my family. Wonderful place, especially for those whose children study in Bangkok Patana school... It is walkable with shuttle car also. Extra:
- Acoustic piano (I already get it tuned and my sons enjoy playing there)
- Meeting room
- Roof top is enough to enjoy sunrise, sunset.

Great staff, nice rooms, good A/C pool, fitness center... room cleaning daily, has shuttle service, has a small equipped kitchen... local open markets are great. shop and cook your own Thai food !!

I stay on this apartment/hotel during my business trip for 2 weeks and they got excellent staffs from security guard, front desk, cafeteria to housekeeping... Well trained and polite staffs especially the receptionist at the front desk. Rooms are clean and tidy and have it’s own laundry machines... very comfortable. They also provide transport from hotel the factory that i am supporting. I love to stay on this apartment/hotel.

My peaceful stay was disrupted by the extremely rude and aggressive minivan driver who has a serious attitude problem! He deliberately waited for me to arrive at the van and then before I could get the door, he drives off with a smirk on his face! Upon returning by myself, I question his intentions but he was so aggressive and appears to want to fight with me! Then it seems one of the housekeeper has a issue with me and started banging my room door at around 11:05am!
I called down to complain of the attitude unbecoming of the housekeeper but the reception staff and manager pretended that nothing happened and refused to acknowledge my complaint!
This is a functional Serviced Apartment and would have been conducive if it had not been for the serious bad attitude of some of the staffs here! The menacing minivan driver who behaves like a thug and the housekeeper who acted like the world owes her a living. I would reckon the owner whom I have met once is oblivion to her staffs bad attitude.
In a nutshell, a very unpleasant stay! Leaves an extremely bad aftertaste in my mouth! I don’t recommend you try it!
