A truly peaceful hotel, perfectly located along the canal. The atmosphere is incredibly quiet and relaxing, which is rare in Bangkok. The swimming pool is very pleasant, and you can always find a spot by the water to unwind.

The rooms with a view over the park are simply beautiful. Overlooking Benjakitti Park, right next to Lumpini Park, the scenery is stunning—especially in the morning or at sunset. Waking up to that greenery in the middle of the city is a real luxury. A perfect choice if you’re looking for calm, comfort, and a great view.

Been there before, nice 80s hotel, clean and a good choice for not expecting too much, nice Pool, fridge and waterheater in the sup. Room, excellent a/c. Good relaxed Service, nice to have a tuktuk for free up to main road

The hotel from outside looked great. We were on 4th floor, balcony had two spilt air unit so count air out there, no chairs outside to sit, there was no chairs on the work desk for me to do some work had to use the coffee table. The power connection in my room was American when the room next to me had Thai power unit. So had to buy another apapter connection. Security was great. Water pressure for very low, tv was not set so had to get maintenance. Overall good location close to Nana and other party places and places to eat.

The room was clean and big, there was a king bed, table to eat at with two chairs and a couch coffee table, it’s an older property but still in good shape but it’s the staff that stands out…. They are awesome and there’s a free Tuk Tuk to get you closer to the action. All in all a great spot with a fantastic view of I giant park with walking and jogging trails not to mention a huge sports center, ILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN

Very Disappointing Stay - not recommended

We booked a superior room, but it looked nothing like the photos. The room was outdated and dirty, with dust everywhere, sticky stains on the walls and shelves, and broken, dirty blinds. I’ve never slept in such an unpleasant room.

Reception was unhelpful and communication was difficult due to poor English. Even after complaining, we were not moved to another room until the last day.

Overall, misleading information, very poor cleanliness, bad service, and an unpleasant location. I would not recommend this hotel.

In addition, at the checkout we were asked to wait until the room was checked by staff member while taxi was waiting outside.

Great location next to the Soi 4 entrance to Benjakitti Park with a nice smaller sized pool and decent basic buffet breakfast included. Older rooms but they are clean and everything works.

We were a bit worried after reading some of the ratings and comments, but the hotel, rooms, and staff were much better than expected. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was average. We stayed in a spacious double-room suite, which was a good choice and very comfortable. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Wasn't overly impressed until I saw the pool area. Rooms dated for the price, though pretty large. LOUD SLAMMING DOORS on floor three. Tuktuk to main Rd, though it's quite far. Swimming pool, with shaded seating, gym and pool tables is great
