Asoke Residence Sukhumvit by UHG in Bangkok

The environmental hygiene is poor. Cockroaches are everywhere （whole room) not just on the floor, but also on the walls and chairs. water heater is inconsistent, and the water temperature is unbalanced too.

Terrible experience ,There is no security system for the life. Don't risk your life here. If anything happens to you, they will not take responsibility.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of staying here. If you don't want to experience the same thing as me, I booked a two-night stay here (August 27-29). I flew from Australia and stayed at the Asoke Residence Sukhumvit by UHG Bangkok. After waking up on the morning of the 28th, I went to 7-11 to buy some facial soap. Before leaving the room, I made sure I locked the door. I only went to buy some things for about 20 minutes and then came back to my room. I found that my money had disappeared from my bag. It was a large sum of money that I was going to use to go to the doctor. I was very shocked. I immediately went to the hotel staff and the manager to ask to see the CCTV. They claimed that all the CCTV cameras in the hotel were broken and under repair. They could not view the footage and I could not know who stole my money. I was very disappointed with the security system of this hotel. It made me very stressed and worried. It was obvious that someone was staring at my room and maybe someone was watching me. They waited for me to leave the room to search for valuables and steal them. I was very sure that this hotel definitely had a thief. Someone was able to open my room when this hotel had no security system and no protection for its customers. After that, I immediately went to report the incident to the police. The record is with the police. My mental state is very bad and I feel very disgusted with this hotel. On the second night (August 28th), I had to sleep in my room with extreme anxiety. I hugged my bag and my remaining valuables with extreme anxiety. This is the truth that I just experienced. Moreover, this hotel did not take any responsibility for this incident. They were very indifferent. I do not want anyone to have to go through the same terrible situation as me. I would like to warn all Thais and foreigners. If you are thinking of staying at this hotel, you must be very careful because it is not safe for you at all. I do not want anyone to have to go through the same situation as me.

Dirty rooms. Its full of hairs and stinks.

They tried to charge me for dirty towel. There were no permanent stains on towels and still they demanded me to pay extra 200baht just because i used the towels.
