The staff are friendly and helpful, though the management could be improved. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it’s still acceptable.
It would be even better if breakfast wasn’t mandatory, as not everyone may want it. Overall, I would still consider coming back to stay.
This was honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.
Location: The hotel is quite far from town, making it difficult and time-consuming to get transportation.
Service: Poor service overall — early check-in is not allowed, even for just 30 minutes to an hour. After room cleaning, no toilet paper was provided, and the cleaner asked to request it from the front desk. The shower room gets flooded after taking a shower, and the hot water doesn’t work properly.
Amenities: Although a shuttle service is offered, there was no driver available when needed.
