The hot water didn't work. We had to go shower in another room. It was very chaotic. I read other people's reviews and didn't think it would happen to me. And the staff spoke badly to us again. The second time, the same female staff slammed the door loudly. We had to open the door again and asked what was wrong with her. She didn't wait for the customer to finish speaking. She kept interrupting us. She was very rude. What was she doing?
For example, the key card has a deposit of 1,000. We said we didn't have any cash. "I haven't finished talking yet." She interrupted us and shouted again. There is a button to press outside. We asked why they didn't make a transfer system. She said she didn't know. They've been doing it for a long time. So we replied that it's not good if it's long. Unless it's money laundering. And we have to go and withdraw money. It's a waste of time.
