Staying at S33 Sukhumvit Hotel was a huge mistake. The only good thing about it is its convenient location. The pricing is about average for the Sukhumvit area, but I genuinely wouldn't recommend it! The main issue is the severe low-frequency noise from a nearby power substation in the rooms facing the outside. It's non-stop from late night until 6 AM, and the noise penetration is so strong that I couldn't sleep a wink all night, seriously affecting my rest. When I reported the noise problem to the hotel, the customer service's only solution was to allow me to check out, but they refused a refund, which I found completely unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast is basic; apart from the drink station, they only offer fried rice and fried noodles as main dishes, with very limited options. Overall, my stay was greatly diminished. Avoid this place at all costs!

Good location and near access to everything. BTS is a little further walk but still okay. May not suitable for families but still a very good hotel to consider.

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Excellent room, everything we needed, wonderful staff. They change the towels every day. We loved it.

For this price point near Sukhumvit, with a large room and breakfast included, what more could you ask for? Emsphere is right outside the alley, so dining and shopping are absolutely no problem. The Yellow Butter Bear on the 1st floor is delicious and there's no queue. Plus, there's a Super Rich on the 5th floor, making currency exchange super convenient. Another 5-minute walk takes you to Phrom Phong MRT station, making it easy to get anywhere. We left on Christmas Eve and happened to catch a small event at Emsphere with kids singing beautifully – the festive atmosphere was incredible. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!

It's an average hotel. The rooms are unclean and have ants. The room key machine is faulty; you have to swipe it several times before the door opens. It's also a long walk from the BTS, so you have to take another bus to get to famous attractions. The hotel is surrounded by stairs, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to get to the lobby. It's not very welcoming. The hotel staff are friendly, but I can't think of any other good points.

The hotel is quite good. But the agent booking for the wrong type of room is not correct. Communication with Trip.com caused some language problem as they call me in English with non-familiar accent and caused my some inconvenience while I am in the meeting. Howecer, they said they will do the conpensation for that.

Comfortable to stay and the staffs are mindful.
The breakfast is not a lot, but for me it was enough.
