Koh Tao Heights Boutique Villas in Koh Tao Island

Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful infinite pool, very beautiful villa with air conditioning, everything is perfect. The welcome is top-notch, the support and various aids are beyond reproach, and the meal delivery services are numerous, varied and fast. The maintenance of the villa and pool was daily, discreet and efficient.
You cab easily walk to the center if ypu don't want to take your scooter by nite.
Beware the access to the house is very steep, it's an excellent exercise after a good restaurant :)
We will come back next year for sure !

Koh Tao Heights Boutique Villas are absolutely amazing.
We stayed in January last year & couldn't wait to revisit, so we did in Jan 2024!
Villa Aristo:
The journey to the villas from the pier is very easy as the will message you before to arrange for a driver to come & pick you up from outside of the pier.
The view is beautiful, firstly looking over the jungle and then straight to the sea and the sky.
The garden area is very big, it includes: 1x infinity pool; 1x outside shower, 1x big lounge area with sofas/tables/outdoor fan; 1x outside dining room table with 6 chairs; outside bin; 3x sun loungers; large grass area; 1x pond.
The inside is very nicely done, with stone walls/sofas and lots of lovely cushions. The sofa is so amazing & comfy we want to get one at home!
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for a quick dinner. There is also a fridge/freezer & minibar.
In Aristo, there is a toilet downstairs & a bathroom upstairs with another toilet.
The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous, again, all stone & beautiful. The bedroom boasts a Super king bed & luxury bedding.

The cleaning ladies are so sweet and do a very good job, but also very quickly. They come every day (normally early afternoon) and also leave water each day. However, if you do not want the villa cleaned, you can simply send a WhatsApp message and they will not come.
The Poolman/gardener is very friendly and, again, very quick.
The hosts, Priew & June, are very, very good at what they do. They are very easily contactable but also leave you be if necessary.

I just had the most incredible time staying at Koh Tao Heights Boutique Villas in Koh Tao, Thailand! The villa itself was absolutely stunning. It's a perfect blend of traditional Thai charm and modern elegance. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a spacious and beautifully furnished living room, complete with air conditioning to escape the tropical heat. The attention to detail in the decor was impeccable, and I immediately felt at home.

The villa offers two master bedrooms, each equipped with their own air conditioning and ceiling fans. Let me just say, the beds were heavenly! After a long day of exploring the island, it was pure bliss to sink into those soft, comfortable mattresses. I slept like a baby every night.

The fully equipped kitchen was a godsend. We had the option to cook our own meals, which was perfect for when we wanted a cozy night in. But honestly, with all the amazing local food available, we couldn't resist indulging in the culinary delights of Koh Tao most of the time.

The private infinity pool was an absolute dream. We spent countless hours lounging on the sundeck, sipping cocktails, and taking in the breathtaking view of Sairee Bay. The Jacuzzi was an extra touch of luxury that we absolutely adored.

The villa also had a lovely garden and a gazebo, which provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to relax and simply soak up the beauty of the surroundings.

I can't forget to mention the wonderful staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly added an extra layer of warmth to our experience.
I had an unforgettable time and I'm already dreaming of when I can go back.

This place is the definition of luxury and tranquility. The villa itself is massive, a whopping 290 sq. meters of pure awesomeness. The mix of Thai tradition and modern elegance in the design had us feeling like VIPs from the moment we walked in.

Everything was decked out and ready for us. The living room was super comfy, the two master bedrooms were perfect for catching some Z's.

The private infinity pool 6m of pure paradise. We couldn't get enough of it! It even had a Jacuzzi, a sundeck, and a gazebo that overlooked the breathtaking turquoise waters of Sairee Bay. We practically lived out there, taking in those killer views and soaking up the sun.

Shoutout to the staff, by the way. Super friendly and always there to make sure we were taken care of. Big thanks to them for making our stay extra special.

This place's got everything you could dream of - luxury, peace, and some seriously stunning surroundings. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

What an unbelievable place to stay. We chose this for our 6 night stay and did not regret it! A beautiful villa with a brilliant infinity pool that has the most outstanding view over the bay. Lovely place to spend an evening with a glass of wine or seven. Quiet, tranquil and utterly stunning. The villa is everything you could hope for, two good size bedrooms, air con throughout, kitchen, living area with tv and entertainment system with Netflix/prime etc. The staff are very helpful, always available to sort things, book tickets, arrange ferries and give advice. I would highly recommend. Just book it.

My boyfriend and I spent the night at Koh Tao Heights Boutique Villa and it has been the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in on our vacation. The villa is clean, beautiful, comfortable but most importantly private with incredible views. Price value is unbeatable. The service is outstanding and you can fully relax at the villa. Highly recommend!
