The Place Luxury Boutique Villas in Koh Tao Island

That’s by far the best hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Thailand. The room is perfect, quiet with an amazing pool and view. Even the shower is gorgeous. You’ll feel like you’re in the middle of nature, but with the confort of a good quality hotel. Emily was amazing as well, she made sure we had an amazing stay and helped us whenever we needed it. She helped us book a wonderful snorkelin day. We’ll for sure come back there if we visit Koh Tao again. Thank you Emily and all the staff for making this experience so good for us.

We had the best 5 night stay at the place. The rooms are absolutely stunning and the views are breathtaking.staff are lovely and always happy to help. Can honestly say it was the best place we’ve ever stayed in.

Amazing view with good atmosphere and caring staff (Thank you Emily!). The location is great just a few minutes from the main street and with the option to rent a bike on the spot you really don't need anything else. The room and privet pool give a romantic and intimate vibe which is perfect for couples. I know that if I'm ever back in Koh Tao I'll be staying there again.

Amazing stay and staff

Highly recommend this place if you're after a solo getaway like I was - would definitely come back with a partner too. The villa was amazing, not a single negative thing to say about it. I thought the size was perfect, spacious but still cozy and the interior design and layout were spot on. The bathroom was genuinely one of the nicest I'd ever used as well, just stunning. Was surprised at how little mosquitos seemed to bother me given the villa's location right in the jungle, that was a huge plus for me. Emily was also really helpful and sweet - I lost my phone while on a scooter and she helped me get it back as well as being very thorough in explaining Koh Tao to me (I was first time visitor and admittedly didn't know much about it). I also briefly met the owner, Guy, on the morning of my checkout and he seemed lovely too.

We had the most amazing 27 days at The Place. Guy and Emily and the rest of the staff were lovely. The accommodation is the best, there is everything you need and nothing is too much trouble. We never used the air conditionsing, we just left the doors open and put the net down on the bed and looked out to sea. It was so private and quiet which is exactly what we wanted. Only a few minutes into the town by moped which we hired directly.

This is one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed at. Super remote and private but also just a 12 minute walk or 5 minute motor bike ride to Sairee beach where a ton of restaurants and shops are. Our hosts Guy and Emily were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged pickup and drop off at the pier for us so we didn’t have to worry about taxis. We were also able to rent a motor bike directly from them, they provided a laundry service, and gave us menus from local restaurants that delivered food directly to the villa. We used the food delivery a few times so we could enjoy our amazing beach view and private pool deck area during meals. They made our stay in Ko Tao unforgettable, I couldn’t recommend this place more!

its really a 10/10.. even more.. u have all what u need and more. on top of that the best view for sunsets and the staff who treats u like a superstar. i‘m glad i booked at the Place for my stay in ko tao! it made my stay more than perfect and i would definitely come again!
