We spent a few wonderful and relaxing days here in January 2025 and just returned for our second stay today. What a warm welcome!

Wow! What a beautiful place to get away from the crowds. From incredible views to comfortable living quarters, amazing location close to the beach but just out of the hustle fitted out with an infinity pool and a wonderful little cafe/restaurant to spoil yourself with. Very family friendly and the staff are wonderful.

A very good resort for less money that will make your vacation more enjoyable. I always try to stay in such a resort when I come to Koh Lanta because it is very clean and close to the beach and I have no problems here. It has a good view.

I've stayed here a number of times and never had a problem with bugs etc. as commented in other reviews. Given the proximity to jungle area and the hot humid climate, it's not uncommon to see lizards and roaches, but I've never experienced anything I would describe as an infestation. Amazing stay at this hotel. Annie and her staff were very kind with us and we had a memorable stay. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by luxurious landscape. The food is also exquisite. It made our stay at koh Lanta one of the best in Thailand and we'll come back certainly.

Absolutely beautiful place and great value. We had rain for 2 of the 4 days we were there but we didn't mind as our room had a bath on the balcony with a seaview, was very clean and cosy with a huge TV. Very clean rooms, very very very comfortable bed, and very good balcony with lounge chairs. Some minus points but no big deal. Need to walk up the steps as it's on a slope. Small parking space, some road noise but there's not much traffic anyway, 1 or 2 mosquitoes that's about it. Location is ok, short drive to everything else.

The location of the hotel is great, in a quieter place, and the restaurant opposite is super delicious. The rooms are high up, with beautiful views and privacy. The staff are also friendly and service-oriented. I highly recommend it.

Best beach soo far and we have seen many.Best mushroom Bar 2 doors down,with live bands on the beach.Made it all worth the while to endure the worst bed,yet.We can feel the springs,and the hotel has zero sound proof.Soo,if it’s giggles and music your looking for this place is for you. There are renovations going on at the hotel right now which caused a lot of noise in my booked room, however the Reception staff were wonderful and agreed to move me to a better sited and nicer villa style room very close to the beach. We had a nice quiet stay at the hotel. Access to the beach and pool was lovely and the hotel staff were really kind and helpful. Many restaurants and cafes can be found only a short walk away.

Basicly a good hotwl with nice location, but need a bit of renovation.

The location is good - in the southern part of the island, right on the beach, close to different restaurants and shops. It is easy to rent bikes directly from the hotel. They have also laundry service - easy and quick. But the room did not live up to our expectations - the pictures were probably taken many years ago. There were so many small damages in the room - broken window, missing draw, wardrobe...

Very friendly staff, nice restaurant with local food. The hotel is overall a small one with decent rooms and good daily cleaning. Had a lovely two weeks here. The location is awesome, the beach is amazing and the staff are super nice. The bike rental is only 200 Baht a day and is by far the easiest way I've ever rented anything (no deposit or checks). The position Is Simply Amazing. The rooms are nice and the bathroom are really minimal but it's ok if you want to spend some days in Koh Lanta and you have a budget of max 1.500baht per night. We had Amazing dinners on the beach ..the restaurant and the food are really good and you can choose fresh fish every night for the BBQ. The staff Is friendly and very polite.

Great location on long beach with a nice little pool overlooking the sea. More sunbeds would help here as there are some selfish people who "reserve" the sunbeds by placing their towels over them early in the morning although not actually turning up until almost lunchtime. Overall a good place to stop on what has become quite an expensive island to stay

Nice quiet family business - a set of bungalows adjacent to their own property. Near Long Beach and a range of different restaurants. It’s pretty simplistic with no real customer service to speak of, but I found that charming. The staff allowed me to check out late in exchange for a small payment, which really made my last day more chill. Nice friendly cats too!

Very nice hotel, clean rooms with a bathtub. Has all the necessary amenities including umbrellas in the rain as it was raining so much here. Location is amazing, the rest a bit not so much. The hostess in the receprion was pretty bossy and rude, the cleaning of the room is average judging by the super dirty windows of the bungalou. Their prices for bike rent and laundry are pretty higj, compared with a place right next to the exit to the main road. But the location is great with a quiet beach and nice sea view.

Hut no.61 was OK, nothing fancy, shower head didn't work well, asked to have fixed/replaced, my request was ignored. Breakfast was good, the beach was clean a small amount of foam on the top of the ocean water. The pool was nice and clean.

The Relax Bay is a super nice beach on Koh Lanta, so the location is perfect. The resort is located on the northern end of the bay. The service is very friendly and dedicated. We where lucky to get one of the first row bungalows with direct view to the beach / sea and decided to stay longer. The sunsets are amazing.

The hotel offers very friendly and welcoming staff who make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. It is beautifully and idyllically located, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, featuring fresh bread from a German bakery, which makes it especially delicious and memorable. Overall, a wonderful place to stay that I would highly recommend

I have been visiting this resort for 15 years, it has changed for the better each year. The staff and owners are very frendly. The rooms are very good for the price. It's bar is the best known for parties in Ko Lanta, Freedom Bar. Highly recommended.

Currently staying here with my partner and it is so peaceful! It feels secluded and is fairly quiet within the forest, yet has excellent access to the beach and main road. For the price you pay you get amazing service. Nice attentive staff, acceptable bar, beyond expectation breakfast, room with basic amenities like air con and wifi and hair dryer and towels but well kept with great hygiene. Pros: the staff is super nice, the room was very clean and spacious, you can use the pool of the hotel in front, very near long beach. Cons: no WiFi for the 5 nights I was there and there was a rat on the roof running around every night, I'm a light sleeper so that was not nice.

We booked a room for one night. The room was large, the bedding was clean, and the shower had hot water. You can use the pool at the neighboring hotel. The walk to the sea is a bit awkward; the path along the fences is not very pleasant.

I really liked the hotel. The staff is cute. The sea is nearby, the water is crystal clear, the low tide is almost not noticeable. There is a cafe next to the hotel, where everything is cooked very tasty. 7ka and exchange offices are a bit far, this is the only minus of this location. I stayed at the Tamarind Twin resort as a solo traveller for 4 nights and thought it was very good. The place is in a nice quiet location both close to the beach and restaurants and bars on the high street. I liked that what you see in the photos is what you get. This is a lovely, family-friendly resort with bungalows that have great access to the beach. One thing I liked is that the ocean has carved a small ‘lagoon’ into the sand so when the tide is in, the resort is ‘cut-off’ or you have to wade through quite deep water to get back on to the beach. You can't beat the beach view. Honestly the beach is Absolutely amazing! You cannot beat it! However I totally regret getting the outdated fan room. The room looked like it was built in the 1970s and didn't have any renovations since.

This place is exotic and comfortable at the same time. If you are interested in a quiet area, Old Town is the best option on the island. This apartment is only 2 minutes from the tiny walking street of Old Town and a 10-minute walk from 7-Eleven. The rooms are spacious and absolutely clean. It’s very close to old town and a good location to explore the southern tip area of lanta. It’s a quiet area and you can easily star gaze without light pollution. Staff is very friendly and cleans the room daily. The size of the room is good but lacking shelves or any storage space. Beddings and bed would do good to be replaced. One of the best places I have stayed in on this trip. Amazing, helpful staff who were on hand for anything I needed. Beach is only a couple of minutes away. Highly recommend the food at the restaurant.

Nice hotel. two pools! you can close the pool in front of the restaurant or the more private one. We enjoyed our time here, The staff was good and helpful. Superb location, right in the beach! Our bungalow was about 20 m away. Nice plants around and plenty of shade if you don’t like a sun as much. Has a restaurant with good food. Very quiet and there is few bars near by, but you cannot hear any loud music. Very good value for money and have shops right on the main street. Stunning sunsets!

Our stay at Lanta Palace was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home, not just welcomed but truly cared for. The hotel is located 50m from the beach, in a fairly quiet place, closer to the edge of Klong Nin Beach. The hotel grounds are well maintained, there is a swimming pool, a restaurant. There are plenty of other places to eat nearby. Most of the rooms are individual bungalows, but there are also regular rooms. The staff is very friendly, always helpful. The rooms are cleaned very well.
