A very lovely hotel and good value for money. The staff are highly trained in western customer service. During high season check in can be at 2pm. If you arrive early, bring a small bag and head to the pool, beach or many restaurants nearby.

The WI-FI is abysmal at this hotel. There is a lot of building work going on opposite the hotel. Another large apartment block or hotel is under construction. A lot of noise from 7-30am until 6pm.

The room was spacious and reasonably clean. Just a heads-up, since it's by the water, watch out for mosquitoes. The hotel itself doesn't have much in the way of entertainment. After I checked out, my pre-booked return bus from another company didn't show up on time, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help me resolve the issue. The hotel is a bit far from the pier, but if you want to go to Koh Lanta National Park, Miami is not far. The staffs are attentive, the facilities are good, the swimming pool is okay, except for the parking lot.. The hotel itself is good, clean. The hosts are friendly. But with the sea you have to adjust to the tides, because there are a lot of stones at low tide. Of the minuses - you have to ask for cleaning, there is no microwave at least, no cutlery for common use, I had to buy a knife for myself.

The room was very clean, the pool had crystal-clear water, and the grounds look beautiful, great attention is paid to every detail 😍 And especially I loved Bali styled bathroom! Very nice hotel! Great breakfast, nice spacious rooms and cool luxurious outdoor en-suites. They have a nice little eco initiative too where you get rewarded with 4 glass bottles of water a day (instead of 2) if you don’t request room service. Lovely pool and 1hr Thai massage for £10!

The Hotel was great ! We spent 2 nights in our Garden view bungalow and it was very nice. We didn’t try the restaurant. We booked a snorkeling tour to Koh Rok Nok and Koh Ha which was amazing (way better than the 4 Island tour)and the hotel even gave us a 20% discount !

A fantastic hotel, located right in the middle of Klingon Nin beach, so commanding a great position. The hotel has stunning views across the beach. The facilities are lovely and the staff provide very good service. Would definitely recommend.

A truly amazing stay at this resort. The staff were so lovely and beyond helpful from arranging taxis, ferries and bicycles to recommending where to get nails done, they really went above and beyond. The pool area was great, as were the rooms. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended for an extra few nights. Would 100% recommend Lanta Lapaya.

The houses aren't updated, furniture from the 90's if I were to guess, the TV isn't even flat for example. The showers are bad, quite nasty overall but the worst is the water pressure, takes me 5 min to wash trough my hair with shampoo, and I'm a guy with a short hair.
