Nice hotel, great staff. Food isn’t bad. Rooms are nice and clean and have lots of space. The two reception people went above and beyond. Very good at the job. Air con works well. Very close to beach. Close to shops and restaurants. We liked our stay and would come back one day

We arrived in the dark and it was a friendly reception. We were just in time for last orders of food and drinks. (9.30 restaurant/10.00 bar). A tasty green curry, a Chang and a few wines later and we felt much better. Our “garden facing” room was, in fact, wall facing but tucked around a quiet corner. All the children were thankfully grouped together in the family rooms, just far enough away. My husband had somehow gotten the mistaken impression that’s it was “adults only” when he booked. However there was a virtual crèche set up by the side of the pool for babies. There were older children too. (Call me old fashioned but I used send my kids to school in January.) There was a small, raised sun bed terrace which seemed to be an unofficial adults only area, so we scrabbled for that every morning, hopefully before those who considerately rose at dawn to deposit towels and then didn’t appear to use the beds until the afternoon. There IS a word for them but I’d be banned…. Breakfast was until 10.30 and came in “sets” cooked to order - toast, eggs, omelettes, bacon, yogurt, cereal - but in a lush land abundant in fruit, when watermelon and pineapple are on the actual menu, why use pretend juice? It was because of this that we never partook of their cocktails, but there are plenty of others enjoyed them and there are lots of surrounding beach bars a short walk away from where to watch the magnificent sunsets. The resort isn’t directly ON the beach. There’s a big ditch, a promenade and a wall before you reach the golden sands. When the tide goes out it’s too rocky and shallow to swim. But high tide swims were glorious. The pool was pleasant when quiet. Well kept grounds with flowers and grassy paths. As I said there are many eating/drinking options nearby on the road and the beach.. There is street food, beach bars and a couple of more upscale options near the Moonlight Resort up the road. Shanti Shanti and Coco Tango are a Tuk Tuk ride away. (Find Mona and her husband for this. Excellent service.) The resort manager is extremely helpful with bookings, information and taxis and also happens to be a crack shot with a catapult to scare monkeys off the roof. We felt very well looked after by her and she’s extremely good at her job. Our room was spacious with good bedding, a water boiler, a wardrobe etc:. Slightly lacking in storage, we couldn’t fully unpack. The shower was good as was housekeeping. We had a shaded terrace but didn’t spend much time there due to the aspect. It was just as easy to take a drink from our fridge to the sea wall. However once we’d upgraded to a sea front bungalow we had many a happy hour on our verandah. You also get perks like hand towels and a kettle. So a reasonably priced, simple but enjoyable option. Sea facing would be best.

This hotel was superb. It's not 5 stars but it was so well maintained and met our every need at a very affordable price. The staff were wonderful and the simple breakfast excellent .Upgraded to a sea view room, worth the extra money. Perfect 6 days

The hotel is located on the beachfront. We arrived a little early and were checked in right away. The breakfasts are good, with plenty of choice. If you're looking for a bowl of dumplings, soup, and salad for breakfast, this isn't the place for you. The staff is friendly. The pool is clean, and there's a children's pool. We couldn't appreciate the beach's charms until it was stormy. I recommend the hotel for a quiet, secluded getaway.

Wonderful hotel - 10/10. Lovely staff & facilities. Very comfortable beds & we slept extremely well. Delicious, cooked breakfasts with plates of cut fruit of your choice. Quiet environs with lovely palm trees & gardens, and lots of outdoor taps & showers. Lovely, polite and considerate staff (thanks in particular to the hotel manager, Bee, for her always excellent recommendations). We also booked a bungalow with a sea view - highly recommend it! It was lovely to sit on the veranda every day.

Above all, the hotel is extremely, extremely well-located for tourists - right next to an incredibly long beach (Klong Nin Beach). From the hotel, you're only a five minutes' walk via the beachfront from tons of beach bars, cafes & restaurants. Handily, there are also a couple of convenience stores & ATMs nearby. And even so, the hotel itself feels like a secluded and peaceful oasis. My partner booked everything, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the location was.

The water directly in front of the hotel is slightly rocky, but you're greeted with soft sands and gentle, warm waters only a short walk up the beach - where you can swim at your heart's content from morning until sunset. It's super convenient to have this at your doorstep, and not have to organise transport everyday to such a popular location. It was also easy to get a beach umbrella/chair (with purchase of a drink) at any time of day. It's also great for families.

For non-beach days (we recommend snorkeling at Koh Ma/Rok, going to the National Park and visiting the mangroves), you can easily organise transport rentals and trips via the hotel.

Minor points regarding the hotel were the lack of shower gel/handwash/shampoo/conditioner in the rooms (we bought these at a local 7/11 - you are provided with soap bars). The quality of toilet paper could've been a bit more luxurious - however these are only minor feedback points & I wouldn't consider either significant enough to change my overall experience/opinion. I don't particularly mind buying my own preferred shampoo, either. I would 100% stay here again & feel great after spending a week there. Did not want to leave!

End of the beach. Good if you want a quiet place. Beach is cut off by a canal. Closed off at night preventing access to beach.

Stayed here for 5 nights and everything was perfect. The hotel is right in the middle of a long road of restaurants and shops. The pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds. No sunbed wars. The staff were really friendly, in particular Bee. She was particularly brilliant, speaking fantastic English. She organised our bike hire and onward ferry. We started off in a basic hut but upgraded to a more modern one as we liked the look of the big glass French doors. We've loved Ko Lanta. Take a trip to the Old Town while here.

We really enjoyed our stay - great staff and service, rooms very clean and comfortable, good food, nice pool and lovely landscaping. Bee helped facilitate our airport drop off among other things - she was a great help! Definitely hope to return soon.

nice hotel very close to the beach. Main 'town' with beach bars & restaurants about 15mins walk but some restaurants other way less than 5 mins. Good size rooms, bathroom a bit dated & shower didnt drain quick enough/floor not slanted enough so floor got flooded. Great breakfast included and very friendly & helpfull staff. Recommended
