The warmest of welcomes greets you when you arrive at this family run guesthouse. Situated right on the river with outstanding views of Wat Phutthaisawan. Lovely family owned establishment where the rooms are clean and well presented. There is no breakfast yet they offer you coffee and mother gave us steamed buns the first morning and coconut almost mochi type snacks the following day before we left. Ayutthaya was part of our motorbike tour and so we parked our bike on their parking lot. Would recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting the real Thailand experience

The rooms were very clean and functional over looking the river, The owners were very friendly and hospitable. very often going out of their way to ensure that the guests have a happy and memorable experience. Absolutely superb!

Our stay here will be remembered for a long
time to come - run by a beautiful Thai family- Panya, his lovely wife Pen , son Punch (excuse spelling if incorrect). Great hosts - expert guides with super tried and tested recommendations for restaurants, transportation etc.very warm people, nice Thai style accommodation, tea , coffee , chill area on the river Chao Phraya - recommend boat rides , tuk tuk ( english speaking & very patient -Manop ).
Geer (Panya)very kindly reorganised our train departure to Chang Mai from Ayutthya rather than from Bangkok as had been booked .
I highly recommend and would return to Ayutthya solely to chill out here for a few days !

The perfect homestay on the Chao Phraya. Cosy, traditional Thai home run by a beautiful Thai family.
From watching the sun rise on the riverside, to watching it set up river. Located in the heart of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, which is a UNESCO world heritage site. There are probably 100 or more hugely historic temples in Ayutthaya. We’ve been visiting for 8 years now, every year and have not yet seen all of them. We highly recommend staying with Ya and his family at Baan Kean Chon if you want to see the real Thailand.

The owner is friendly and the place is nice. Located right on the riverside with a view of historical buildings. The weather outside is quite hot and humid, the AC in the room works well, the bathroom water heater also flows smoothly.
The location is right on the edge of the highway, easy to access.
There is a car park in front of the inn, and there is a "Way" coffee shop next to this inn. But please pay attention to the opening hours of the shop and stalls because they are closed in the afternoon.

What a great find. Punch, the owner, greeted us on arrival and sat us down to give the low down on the area. He marked out, and had a folder with pictures, of certain areas / temples that were on the must visit list. He grouped them as well so we could chop and change the order. You can get a guide, but we just took grab cabs everywhere and read up ourselves. Back to the accommodation. The aircon is cold, the bed is super comfy, the shower has good pressure, and most importantly, the beers on the downstairs balcony are cold. Great view of a temple just down the river as well. He recommended a very good local eatery with a great and cheap menu. Just 3 or 4 mins walk up the road. Wifi is also very fast for those all-important IG or FB posts. It is a great place and a very generous and hospitable host. His parents even stopped by and gave us some very sweet and tasty pineapples to try. Thank you, mate.

The suite room was such a good choice! Room was simple but comfortable and clean. Everything worked well - aircon was cold, water pressure was good. We enjoyed the view of the river from the room and the balcony. Wifi worked well. The owner, Punch, was very hospitable and friendly. He made our stay a better one, with his warmth. The entire unit was so well kept and organised. Many eateries and convenience stores just nearby. Parking space was sufficient Will certainly be back!

Tucked away on Soi 19 right by the river, this gem of Asian hospitality awaits you with large, spacious rooms at reasonable prices. The view of the river and the popular Wat Phutthai Sawan on the other side is breathtaking.
The English skills of the owners can be improved, but that doesn't detract from the family atmosphere there.
