It’s always about the location, location, location. The hotel is very close to Ayutthaya Rail Station and it takes only a 5 minute walk. As the name of the Riverside hotel it overlooks the Pasak River and the view from my room is simply breathtaking. I think if the hotel can improve some facilities for instance providing slippers or body lotions it will certainly give a positive impression to the customers.
But these drawbacks are compensated by the staff team for their hospitality and service. They are friendly, professional and willing to help. I feel welcomed and I am grateful to the staff such as Stamp, Ban, Hum, May, Kam and so on.
I will come back to stay this hotel in the future.

Hotel needs massive renovation and investment! This is never an 3 star hotel more like 2star hotel and should only be used as a port in a storm hotel one night only….you can find better for the price.
The rooms have not been updated in last 25 years and WiFi is of poor quality.

Staff very kind and helpful. Room needed updating a bit but was clean and tidy bed was comfortable .The view was over the river .Train station a 5-10 min ealk .Would stay there again

This was a very old and rundown place. Our rooms had a hole in the wooden wall, not a good view, and bed thats inconveniently rolled. It has potential if they would’ve renovated it but if not I do NOT recommend this place.

The hotel is located very close to Ayutthaya's train station. It also has a large parking lot out front in case guests arrive with their own transport. The rooms were comfortable, well appointed and clean, but were in need of maintenance and repairs. In that respect, they were slightly overpriced for what you got.
Since we stayed during the tourist off-season, occupancy was low. Probably as a result of that, hotel services were very limited. For instance, the hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast but shut during the rest of the day. Hence, no room service was available. But that was not a big issue as far as we were concerned, as we opted to have all our meals in town anyway. The big veranda overlooking the river bank was closed as well, but it was possible to buy drinks right in a 7-Eleven store right next to the hotel and consume them on the veranda.
Sone of Ayutthaya's attraction were just a short drive away, although a taxi ride is required to reach the main sites.

The staff were excellent being very polite, helpful and always welcoming
The hotel itself is a bit dated but the bedroom was a good size with hot and cold water though would benefit from a complete renovation
The hotel location was right by the river and very close to the railway station and set in the old town
Tuk Tuks were very available and affordable

The location is very good and the service is good. But the hotel and rooms are a bit old. Only a bathtub with curtains for the shower. Breakfast is not great. Ample parking.

This is a fantastic hotel with lovely staff who were so accommodating when we stayed. We used the hotel to store our bags before we went on to Chang Mia via the train. The hotel is pretty much opposite the station with great restaurants nearby making this the perfect place to use as a base to visit the area, see the temples, and then hop on the train. We are very grateful to have been able to check in early too! Thank you for a great stop!
