It's simple but very clean and well located in Ayutthaya.. the owners are very sweet and helpful...

The hotel is located near the main attractions of the city, literally a 10-minute walk from a large night market with a food festival. We had a room with 3 beds, clean, everything you need, breakfast included, some buttered toast and a few slices of watermelon, usually tea and coffee from a bag 3 in 1,

We stayed there for 5 nights in March 2023.
Owner is very nice, talkative and caring. Like a grandmother.
A room was nice and super clean. It is like homestay, we felt very good there.
We were there almost alone so it was very quiet.
There were toasts with jam available in the morning for free.
Good WiFi.
They gave us a lift to a railway station.

The hotel is actually a house adjacent to the owner's. Really clean and excellent service. The kindness of the owners is remarkable. Free breakfast (toast yogurt and bananas). We wanted to rent some scooters and the owner took us in his car to a nearby place he knew and even made sure there was enough scooters to rent.

Nice little accommodation with very nice owners. We didn't book breakfast, but we still got coffee and some toast and bananas in the morning. Nothing special, but the gesture counts. The location is reasonably central and within walking distance to parks and historical sites.

Nice place, clean and near to a couple of night markets. Very nice and helpful owner too

Absolutely amazing. The rooms are ideal, good air con and very clean. There is a shared area (shared with one other room which was unoccupied whilst I was there) this has a fridge, boiling water, TV and sitting area.
It was the owners that made my stay here one to remember, they are so so nice. I had a 4 month old baby with me and a little boy who were showered in attention from them.
The owners bend over backwards for you but not in an over hassling way.
