Baan Baimai Boutique Room in Ayutthaya City

I booked this room at the last minute to break up a longer trip. The room was super clean. You know how sometimes you go into a room and the Aircon smells funky? This Aircon you can tell has been maintained regularly because it’s very clean. No funky smells it feels like you’re sleeping at an aunt’s home where it’s cozy and clean. The Aircon was cold. The bathroom was clean. The bedsheets were clean. The bed was nice and firm. I really could not find anything to change for the price and value of this room. Wonderful if I could give one suggestion is to clean the refrigerator in the room because it is clear that it has not been cleaned in a long time. Otherwise everything was really pleasant.

This is a lovely little hotel. Every attention to detail in the room thought about. Coffee and tea available in the communal area. Comfortable beds and room, very quiet environment, planting around the room was beautiful. The lady looking after us was very attentive and helpful. She booked us a boat trip for the sunset and hired good bikes @80b per day. I highly recommend this hotel for service, location and comfort. Breakfast is available nearby.

Highly recommended . I really enjoyed the stay here. It’s so cosy like home. Garden is very well maintained. Even outside super hot and sunny , here is so inviting to sit outside, shady with many plants . The coffee place which is complimentary is much better than some cafes. Room is kept clean daily without needing to ask. It’s a blessing we managed to get the booking of this place in Ayutthaya.
Location is convenient for eating places and also going to the heritage historical park

I really enjoyed my stay at Baan Baimai. The staff were very attentive and friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom and a hot shower.

The hotel also offers bicycles for rent for 80 Baht. The bikes were in very good condition and a great way to get around.

I especially loved the small terrace in front of the room – it was very charming, with a bench, lots of plants, and so much greenery. A really peaceful place to relax.

When I was leaving, Nuy helped me a lot with a problem: I had accidentally booked my bus for the wrong day. She called the bus station for me, took care of everything, and made it possible for me to leave about two hours later than planned. It made my departure much easier and completely stress-free.

We stayed 5 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The room was spotless and towels were changed everyday. The owner and staff are super friendly and gave us recommendations on places to visit. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Restaurants and a 7/11 are within easy walking distance!

Stayed for 1 night in Ayutthaya. I liked it very much, in reality it is better than in the photo. Cozy rooms, with beautiful little things, perfectly clean, at the reception they give you a map, on it they mark the best places and the time of the boat tour. There is coffee, tea in unlimited quantities, in front of the room there is a small space with a bench, pillows, tables, in the evening after a walk you can sit with a view of the garden and drink coffee, there is a lamp above, repellents are included. The woman at the reception is simply charming and so easy. I felt very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city!

The room is very comfortable, but it is not walkable. You will need transportation.
