Can't comment on the rooms as we were there for breakfast. We all had one of the variety of fried breakfast they had on offer and portions were small and not of the highest quality but acceptable for the start of the day.
This for the bit sloppy until a young man came on duty who spoke good English and knew what he was doing.
All in all - pretty much a two or three star dining experience. The dining area itself was very good - covered but open air and breezy - just right.

Don't be fooled like we were! Very poor welcome, unpleasant staff, disgusting first room (and yet we are used to travelling and are not fussy), second room also dirty, noise from bars with music every night and, to top it all off, bedbugs. We were supposed to stay for six nights, but we fled after the third. RUN AWAY!!!

Stayed for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and professional, excellent service. The owner is friendly and polite, however we didn’t appreciate him encouraging us to visit his other resort each time he saw us. The rooms are nicely decorated, and everything works. The bed is quite hard. No staff were available at night. Once they go home, the lights are switched off and it looks like the hotel is closed. The location is great, very close to the historical sites, bars and restaurants. Some great bars across the road from the hotel. The music stops at midnight, you can hear it from the rooms. If you want an early night, this may not be the hotel for you.

A completely unmanaged accommodation. They didn't even clean up the toothpaste from previous guests, and the towels were all different, stolen from the Hilton. The noise was terrible. The mattress was so old that you could feel the springs. The worst accommodation ever.

I stayed here for 2 nights, he place is very comfortable, close to shopping malls and restaurants in the area. The food around here is delicious, and it's easy to get to from the van station. It's also very convenient for visiting temples and historical sites. You can rent motorbikes and bicycles right in front of the accommodation. The food is good, at their restaurant downstairs is also reasonably priced. I truly recommend this place 😊

While I have been in Ayutthaya, Tony's place has been a God send. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help, even though I'm not a guest of theirs. It appears like an old house converted and is delightful. Cheap beer, which is always a bonus for solo travelling.

Dump of a place .Kitchen was not working and the noise from the bars outside was deafening. Couldn’t get a good nights sleep as the bed was like sleeping on concrete. How this place is recommended in the Lonely planet guide is beyond me - avoid at all costs . 0/10 an absolute disgrace .

I highly recommend this B&B for its value. The location is excellent, with scooter rentals right across the street (recommended for exploring the beautiful historic center of Ayutthaya), restaurants, and pubs for dinner. Dear Tony, you and your staff are very kind and friendly. I thank you for making us feel at home during our stay. However, to make me feel at home, I would add a few things to the room, such as a towel rack in the bathroom. The air conditioning, too, needs to be re-positioned, as it blasts directly into the bed, which is not recommended.
