Loved this place. Great value for money and the best breakfast we had in Thailand. The 3 ladies running the place are so lovely - they don't speak much English but they more than make up for it in kindness and friendliness. You have your breakfast overlooking the ruins of a small temple. Bikes are available for free which are a great way to visit the temples. The rooms are basic but large, well air-conditioned and spotlessly clean. It's a superb base to visit the area.

We absolutely loved this boutique hotel. We stayed here for 6 nights. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless, well laid out, and comfortable. The breakfast, which is included, is delicious - made to your order from a western or Thai menu. Come hungry, because the wonderful woman who takes your order and cooks your food will definitely make sure you get plenty to eat. They have a large selection of bikes for guests to use and all are in excellent repair. Biking is a great way to get around Ayutthaya and see all the sights. I have nothing at all negative to say about this fantastic little hotel. Highest recommendation!!

Q Zone is a small hotel with comfortable and clean rooms set around a lush garden courtyard. The historical park is just 5 minutes away by bike, which the hotel provides for free to guests. The owner welcomed us warmly upon our arrival and kindly arranged for complimentary lattes to be delivered to our room the next morning. Will definitely return.

We had a very nice stay. Two nice bungalows next to each other. Everything looks neat, great bed, nice bathroom. Everything clean.
Outside it is also nice and cozy, a kind of courtyard.
Very helpful and friendly staff. We were allowed to use bicycles and that was great to explore the nearby city center after arrival.
For a nice extra payment we could use a bungalow longer so that after another day of visiting temples we could take the night train to Chiang Mai refreshed.
Definitely recommended!

Wonderful quaint boutique hotel. Quiet, comfortable clean room, Bed is softer than other places we stayed, which we liked very much. Lady that seems to run the hotel is very nice. Nice breakfast area looking out canal to Wat Hasadavas. Highly recommend

Stayed here for 2 nights. Reasonably priced and not too far from most of the sites in Ayutthaya. The rooms are cabin like, spread around a little courtyard. Each room has a patio with seating area; a living area with tv ,small couch, two seater dining table, mini fridge, tv and fan; bedroom space with comfortable bed and aircon; a small area with a cupboard and sink and the bathroom. The room was clean and smelt good. There are bicycles available on site for free. Scooters can be rented at a good price. The owners are very helpful and friendly and made our stay comfortable. A good stay!

This is a slaying baddie boutique bungalow hotel at the heart of Ayutthaya. Location is great as there is a historical site right next. The owner is super nice. Their dogs are super cute. The room is super comfortable and clean. What a slay baddie experience they offer!
