Focal Local Bed and Breakfast in Bangkok

We traveled for two months through Southeast Asia and southern China, This was by far and away the best hotel we stayed in. We stayed here for five days. The room was emasculate and clean, spacious with a TV that got English speaking channels. The air con works very well and quickly cooled the room, but I must say even staying away for an entire day that was in the 36c! But the highlights to this stays were the super helpful and friendly staff, providing maps to all the local restaurants, seven-11 s and laundry mats. As well as a helpful interface when we needed to speak to someone directly on the phone. The other highlight and I cannot overstate the excellence of the morning breakfast. I wish I could have had all my meals. Each meal was cooked for you individually. The spice level was tuned to whatever you wanted from Thai spice to no spice. Each day my wife and I walked to the BTS from the hotel. It was the most interesting and joyful walks each day, meeting friendly locals and joyful kids along the way. It was one of the few times we truly felt like locals. While it is a bit further away from local transportation the hotel would pay for a Tuk Tuk to take you to either the BTS station or the River ferry! Such a wonderful find. Again the best hotel on the trip.

The owner's personality is reflected in this inn, with the facilities and rooms being well-cleaned, the showers being warm and with good water pressure, the staff being friendly and smiling, the breakfast being carefully homemade and delicious, the beds and linens being clean, and we spent two nights very comfortably.
The location was great, and it was the perfect inn where you could experience the good, old-fashioned Thai atmosphere.

We are absolutely thrilled with this hotel. The staff is fantastic! Very accommodating, friendly, and always available to provide tips and answer questions. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Breakfast includes typical Thai food or toast with a variety of eggs. The Thai breakfast and fruit plate change daily.

The free tuk-tuk ride to the train or ferry station is particularly noteworthy.

A homestay that can bring you little surprises everywhere. The room is clean and tidy, and the LOCAL feeling is full. After checking in, I went out to play the next day and came back. The room was cleaned and the clothes were folded neatly. The service is 100 points. The breakfast is great. A great stay experience

The internal environment is good and clean. Breakfast is provided. The main noise is from Thai motorcycles. The external environment belongs to the local residential area with few high-rise buildings. The entrance is in an alley with a primary school next to it, so it is relatively safe.

The room is clean and Thai style. Although the location is relatively remote, the B&B will provide free tuk-tuk to the pier or BTS station. The breakfast has Thai and Western options and tastes great. The counter staff is very enthusiastic and has a very good service attitude. They are also very enthusiastic to answer questions about information. It is worth staying here.

Really good, good attitude, good environment

The first is the service attitude. I think their service attitude is super good and very enthusiastic. The girl at the front desk and the boss are all enthusiastic. But the hotel is in a small alley. It is in an alley where there are many local people. I saw many local traditional shops. The hotel is right next to it. When I checked in, the first thing I felt was that my house had been converted into a B&B. There are two floors. We live on the first floor. There are some small plants next to it and there are tables and chairs at the door. In fact, the room is okay, but there are mosquitoes 😂😂😂. The bath water is not very big, the water temperature is OK, and the air conditioning is good. I thought I could order breakfast, but no, there are only two kinds, a fried rice, a bread sausage and an omelette, but there are three types of omelette and nothing else, and one person can only order one. I asked What if she is not full 😂😂😂, but she said she can’t order more, but she just doesn’t know if she will give me more egg bread? I forgot whether breakfast for a child is 300 baht or 285 baht. There is juice and milk coffee. I think Europeans and Americans may prefer it. I saw that the rating was very high at the time, but children may not like the breakfast there, so we decided I moved out early. I may not stay there again, but I really like their attitude. I was a little embarrassed to check out early. I wish the boss business will get better and better.

This is the most satisfying hotel we have stayed in in Thailand! Highly recommended! First, the breakfast is very good. The freshly made Thai breakfast is very delicious. It is worthy of being a hotel with local breakfast as its signature. Second, the service is very good. Every service staff greets you with a smile. When I checked in on the first day, I saw them writing the names of guests staying that day (including us) on the blackboard at the door, which made me feel very warm. Third, we forgot to take our bags back in the breakfast room, and the waiter promptly picked up the money and sent it back to our room. Fourth, the decoration is very beautiful, with the warmth of home and Thai characteristics. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Bangkok ~ Highly recommended! Highly recommended!
