Breakfast is really good, have coffee machine which serves cappuccino, latte, americano, have cheese real butter while other hotels serve margarine while saying butter.

Only cons is staff, they do not have good communication.
My kid dropped some cherries on the sheets and they asked us to pay for sheets, duveet, blanket, pillow case cleaning and we paid. But when we are checking out they showed us photo of duveet which had some brown spots which already had before and hold on to our deposit money, asked did we do this, we said no and left.

The hotel itself has a good vibe, rooms are clean and staffs are proactive even theguests are interesting. Only thing is that whole area is really boring and nothing inspiring. Only good for those who would spend the whole day in the city and go back to rest in the Hotel.

There is lobby and ground floor. You will need your room key to access level way beyond the lobby. Overall this is a good hotel which is really affordable.

Staff attitude was very good during twice or my stay.

If you need taxi to airport, it’s cheaper to order with counter staff rather than ride hailing app.

Had the misfortune of being in a room next to two drunk, rude men...shouting from 1 am to early morning. I called reception twice. I think they called but it didn't help. Security should have been involved. But that didn't happen. I had just finished a long international flight and needed rest- not possible. Now, 3 days later I have a severe cold partly due to exhaustion from this incident. Other issues, strange air conditioning control. You aren't allowed to adjust the fan level, control is at reception. There's a bright light over the sink. Impossible to find the switch to turn it off. Had to call reception for this to. Light switch hidden under a closed box. No kidding...see attached photo.

Our stay at Stay Hotel Bangkok was outstanding. The staff were so friendly (particularly Paolo) one of the receptionists.
The hotel is clean and tidy and has everything that you could possibly need.
It is away from the hustle and bustle of the busy areas yet positioned well to move freely about Bangkok.
We will definitely return to Stay Hotel Bangkok!

My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of disappointing. The room was filthy, and the beds were infested with bedbugs. We reported getting bitten while sleeping several times, yet the staff’s response was disappointing. After complaining for days, we were reluctantly offered a room swap, which only made things worse.

I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. Their over-the-top charges for minor stains—many of which are barely visible or could be easily cleaned—are outrageous. It honestly feels like a scam to squeeze extra money from guests. The overall experience was appalling and entirely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Very convenient location — there’s a 7-Eleven just across the street. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use public transport, only took Bolt rides; it’s a bit of a distance to the Siam area, but still very manageable.

I was pleasantly surprised to see computers available for use — quite rare in hotels these days, even if they’re a bit slow. Loved the overall design of the place, and it was great having access to the gym and pool to get ready for a full day of food adventures!
