I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room decor was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient with great attention to detail. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

⭐️ Fantastic stay at a modern Bangkok hotel!

I had a wonderful experience at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 48. The hotel offers beautifully clean and spacious rooms with modern design, comfortable beds, and great city views that made each morning feel special. Guests consistently highlight how spotless and well-maintained the rooms are — definitely one of the best parts of the stay.

This hotel is not ideal location and is farr from all the action of Sukhmvit. The lobby is dated from whats in the pictures. The hotel is very tired. Staff is unfriendly. Room was a bit renovated as compared to the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was extremely underwhelming which we paid for. We originally booked 5 nights. And we decided to leave after 1 night.

Very convenient and nice hotel for this price (we pay about 30 euro night). Kinda nice pool on a roof, with a good view. Small gym. But most important VERY clean and exceptionally big rooms.

Check-in and check-out were incredibly slow, taking about fifteen minutes each. They also required a cash deposit in Thai Baht. Communication was difficult. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and noisy. Service efficiency was very low; it took a long time to retrieve a forgotten item, and they were unable to locate it. The swimming pool was so dirty you couldn't see the bottom.

Would this be my first solo travel to Bangkok? This place has been an absolute top-tier place that I have ever stayed in. When I went to the bar on the rooftop, I’ve met Patt (the bar tender) And she was the absolute best she went above and beyond To make sure I have the type two service with food and drinks and just given that home good feeling vibe. The drinks was top-tier. The service was top-tier. Everything was just top-tier altogether if you ever get a room there and go to the rooftop make sure you ask for a Patt!

Location is good, room is big, 5mins walk from BTS and close to Lotus and Big C. However, cleanness needs to be improved. First room that we got is on 5/F, we leave the luggage and turn on the air conditioner then go out for dinner around 3hrs. When return the room, big smell of the ditch comes out which is unacceptable, we asked to change to another room. 10 mins later we got 4/F key, but another issue comes - small insects in the wash basin, they are from the water pipes. I was luckily there is no insects from the bathroom. We did not request to change the room again as it’s nearly 11pm. Hotel needs to clean up the entire water pipe system.

Booked a premier twin room. It was very spacious.

Staff are all polite and very helpful.

The food seems really nice with reasonable price (even though we didn’t have enough time to try).

Great location, near the BTS skytrain and a big grocery store.

We like the area because it’s a mixture of local and foreign people. There’s tons of local food places especially since it has Easy access to bts (5 mins walk) . It’s a bit hard for the taxi drivers to navigate so I highly recommend using bolt or grab and use / show your google map even when you’re inside the taxi. The hotel is good just need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste and basic sewing kit since that’s what other Ramada hotels are like overseas and since the rooms are quite pricey so we expect it to provide such things. We like the rooftop bar and pool.
