I had a good experience with this hotel. At first there was a problem with the balcony door in my room, I asked to change rooms and they did that for me. Had issue with Aircon in new room and they fixed it quickly. Free drinking water provided in room fridge. Friendly staff, did my laundry for me. Location is Fantastic. Bed was a bit too hard for me but not a big problem, shower water temperature wasn't consistent but again it was always warm at least. I would recommend this hotel. I had a great stay.

The room was simple but comfortable and clean — good value for money overall. The location is perfect, close to the riverfront, the cathedral, and restaurants. The only small downside is that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but there are plenty of cafés nearby. Would definitely stay here again for a short visit.

I stayed an extra day as this hotel offers an excellent location for the price and the quality of the staff is the best I've had since entering Thailand from the South.

Rooms are sizeable and very clean.

Highly recommended! The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to the old town and city center. The staff are friendly and polite, the room is clean, and the water pressure is excellent!

Staff here are super nice and helpful!!

We (sis, mom and I) stayed there for one night, with extra bed. Price was 1390 baht which is quite a good deal. Clean room with all necessary items eg. Instant coffee, kettle, bottles of water, hair dryer, shampoo, liquid soap, towel, slippers.

Breakfast is NOT included but no problem as there are markets within walking distance (500 m.). There is also a restaurant (Thai/Chinese style) next to the hotel. They open at 9 am.

The famous Chantrabul community is right behind the hotel. Prime location.

Highly recommend this hotel.

Got to the hotel around 2.30 pm. and the room is not ready. Ended up waiting for housekeeping to clean and get the room ready. This is very unprofessional. The staffs informed when made reservation via phone that the room would be ready at 2 pm. Staffs manner are also not good and don’t seems to care that it is unfair to customer. I’d highly recommend other hotels.
