A beautiful resort. A village set in stunning gardens and lakes with refreshing swimming pools in each little village. Lovely to wake up to these surroundings and it provides excellent views from the room.
Staff are lovely and polite and do everything they can to help.

Unfortunately we did not sleep well. At 5am there were loud noises coming from the room above like someone dragging furniture across the room. This continued for at least 20-30 min. We had to call reception to ask them to stop. And again, in the early morning we were woken up by talking outside our room. There is no soundproofing!

Location is not near anything really. We chose it because it was en route to our next destination. However the resort is very big and pretty much self contained with its gardens, pools and facilities.

Breakfast is very varied and diverse but unfortunately not great. Restaurant area was a little dated.

This resort is so big and recommended if you are traveling with ur kids. Zoo , bike riding , swimming pool it has everything you need. Room was very big and clean. Staffs are super friendly.

Is a very pleasant stay. The staff are amazing people and very friendly despite them already being extraordinary tired from the loykrathong where nearly every room is taken up.

Room 5/5 well maintain despited aged. The balcony is always pleasant

Cleanliness 5/5 would say the cleanliness in general is amazing got a tropical resort which normally have alot of challenges with insect, pest etc

chose this resort to participate in the loy krathong/yipeng lantern festival! absolutely no regrets! big room with many amenities. the resort was organised and had clear instructions on where and how to go to the different areas within the resort/event area. will definitely come back again for a vacation with family and friends!

I visited the children for their school vacation. The hotel rooms, facilities, spacious gardens, and zoos were all satisfactory. It was really nice to have a golf kart or tram where I could comfortably tour the garden. Before going to the zoo, get off at the entrance for a while and buy food. You can get a lot of food at a low price. It's very hot, but children love the feeding experience. The breakfast buffet and swimming pool are also great. I had a great time with my family.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Horizon Village & Resort. It’s around 20 min drive from Chiang Mai and feels perfectly remote and secluded. Botanical gardens are great for morning/evening walks. Rooms are clean and have everything one might need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a wide variety of options, I didn’t find hot black tea though. For such a price it’s a great place to unwind and escape from a big city life.

This hotel is great for families with children, as it's located right next to a huge botanical garden and zoo that you can explore for free on a mini-train. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel's restaurants also have a lovely ambiance.

All the rooms are clean, but they lacked a table and chairs – we had to bring one from the balcony into the room if we wanted to sit. The gym is a bit small and the equipment is quite old, and the swimming pool only stays open until 6 PM. For younger guests, evenings here can be pretty dull. Getting a taxi early in the morning can be difficult, and if you ask the hotel to arrange one, they charge 600 Thai Baht.
