Pretty good Thai breakfast n handy location! Air con wasn’t very stable n it’s really hot in Chiang mai in April. Overall it’s a good experience for us

This time, I stayed with my family and we were very satisfied with everything from the location and ambiance to the staff service. The breakfast spread was extensive, and their pasta and skewers were absolutely delicious! In the afternoon, guests also get complimentary afternoon tea and massages. Both the indoor and outdoor areas of the lobby are serene and beautiful. I loved sitting outside for breakfast and then heading to the pool for a swim in the afternoon. The staff were all friendly and greeted us with smiles, and our room was cleaned perfectly every day. Although I packed earplugs, I barely needed them because the alley is very quiet at night, as it's not on a main road. Right next to the hotel is the famous Macca Spa. Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioning in the room blowing directly over the head of the bed!

The room, environment, and location are all great, but the soundproofing is poor. I was woken up early in the morning by people talking in the room downstairs. I wonder if the rooms on the second floor are better. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious.

Really loved this hotel. We stayed here for two nights before moving to the Marriott, but I actually felt this hotel had a better resort vibe. Of course, overall it can't compare to the Marriott, especially in terms of breakfast variety and taste, but it's a small place with everything you need, and that was more than enough. Plus, the hotel offers afternoon tea daily from 1-4 PM, and free 10-minute shoulder and neck massages from 1-3 PM (roughly). The room was also very spacious. A really great experience.

Great hotel! It's spotless everywhere, and the breakfast is fantastic. There's really nothing to complain about.

What fantastic hotel to stay at. The staff were friendly and helpful. The surroundings were beautiful. The free extras were extraordinary, neck and shoulder massage, flower arrangement, free mini bar filled each dsy(except for some items) room servicesd every day and the afternoon tea was amazing. I would recommend this hotel if you want to have some luxury.

Charming Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City

I had a truly welcoming and memorable stay at this beautiful small hotel in the old city of Chiang Mai. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The garden setting is peaceful and charming, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.

Even though I only stayed for one night, the hotel provided so many wonderful complimentary touches – afternoon tea, a 10-minute massage, cultural activities like flower arranging and a mini cooking class, plus a well-stocked free minibar and even some adorable souvenirs to take home. It really felt like they go above and beyond to make guests feel special.

Breakfast was another highlight – delicious, beautifully presented, and with a wide variety of options. The coffee was excellent, and the fresh fruit was particularly impressive. All the staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay.

Though I didn’t have time to use the spa, it looked lovely, and I liked that their own spa products were available for purchase. The pool is small but beautifully designed, adding to the hotel’s relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the on-site parking, which is convenient for those traveling by car.

The room rate is on the higher end, but the quality of service and thoughtful extras make it worth it. I’d love to return in the future, especially if they offer special promotions.

Booked a deluxe room with a balcony for 3 nights for over 800 yuan... it was a complete miss!!! Honestly, if I had known when booking that there would be such a huge wooden board right in front of the balcony, completely blocking any view, I wouldn't have booked the deluxe balcony room for anything. Perhaps the hotel does have balcony rooms with views as advertised in the pictures (I'm guessing only a few of them), but the entire B building has this wooden board because if it were removed, there's another building just 5 meters away, meaning your room would have no privacy. Of course, other aspects of the hotel were good – breakfast, location, and service were all excellent.
