Yaang Come Village in Chiang Mai City

The rooms are amazing. There's a lot of nature in the facility and it seems to be in a jungle Oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The building is in the old Thai style, an ancient house, so beautiful. The staff are amazing and very kind! It's quite close to the old city... Give or take a 5-6 minutes walk. The pool is scenic and offers some nice relaxation. The cleaning is spotless and the rooms are very neat after each one of them. Mattress was sooo comfortable

Only a couple of nit picks: the gym is not much of a gym but a couple of treadmills, breakfast is almost always the same and you better go early otherwise everything finishes. Service ends at 10 am sharp. It would be nice if the bar was open for longer and into the evening as it does close at 4pm which makes having a drink by the pool at night/evening not an option. Otherwise and incredible stay, and one to remember!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and were very impressed. Rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Included breakfast was delicious and the pool was very nice. Great quiet location but only a block away from the night market and all the great things to do in downtown Chiang Mai.

We stayed three nights at Yaang Come Village Hotel, room 514. Excellent experience overall.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Good layout and a genuinely great bed. Housekeeping was solid throughout our stay.

The garden is lush, green, and well maintained, with the pool set right inside it. Calm atmosphere. Exactly what you want from a good four-star hotel.

Despite the central location, the hotel is quiet, especially once you’re inside the garden and room areas.

Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional.

Location works well. Plenty within walking distance: the Old Town, Ping River, Chinatown food market near the Night Bazaar, and the Night Bazaar itself if that’s your thing.

A small practical note: the bar stops serving around 4 pm. Not a big deal, but good to know.

Breakfast is okay. Perfectly fine, but nothing memorable. If you enjoy good coffee and local breakfast spots, it’s probably better to walk into town for breakfast.

In front of the hotel is a large car park connected to the main road. On the left is a small coffee bar, great for a quick coffee while waiting for a Grab or before heading into town. On the right is a coffee and bagel bar. Visit both.

The bagel coffee bar in particular has a nice setup and is worth a stop if you’re even slightly into coffee.

Would stay again and would happily recommend it.

I really liked my stay at Yaang. Their resident cat is 20 years old which is really impressive. It is a calm and tranquil place, the room was maybe abit run down and could do with a coat of paint but its size was very generous. Service was excellent and helpful. Abit weird they do not open for dinner however but no loss with lots of options to eat in Chiang Mai.

The rooms are a standout—they are large, spotlessly clean, and incredibly meaningful, reflecting deep cultural elements in the paintings, art, and furniture. It felt like staying in an authentic gallery.
The location is unbeatable. The property is super well-located, putting everything you need within easy walking distance: the supermarket, key sightseeing spots, and vibrant bazaars.
On top of the great location, the facilities are excellent. The pool is large and always clean, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Most importantly, the staff is always available, attentive, and ready to help with anything.

This is a good option if you want to stay in the city but still enjoy a peaceful resort atmosphere. The hotel's materials and interior design blend Lanna and Tai Lue styles well. The rooms are reasonably spacious, with hardwood or parquet floors giving a warm feeling, and equipped with air conditioning and complete amenities. Room quality: The bed is comfortable, the duvet is of good quality, the shower has good water pressure, and the bathroom is clean although there are a few minor areas that could be improved.

Very nice traditional concept hotel. Near to the night bazaar and city center. Although near to city center, it was very quiet and calm once you are in the village.
