Nice and comfortable place to stay. Very fast response for any requests. The owner is very friendly and the restaurant food is good too.
Unfortunately, we went during the wet season and didn't bring our shoes into the rooms and as a result, they were wet due to the rain. No fault on anyone, just a reminder to future travellers.
It was so cold that it was painful to stay in the room.
Very beautiful and lots of nature.
The accommodation is clean, has amenities and is quiet, suitable for relaxation.
I recommend it.
This was absolutely our favourite accommodation in Thailand / after being in the north for 4 weeks. Such a beautiful and comfortable and wonderful place … I could have stayed there for weeks. The pool area was lovely and the adjacent breakfast area was spotless. the food was delicious and generous. The owner, Micha, has thought of everything - including face cloths!! This place is amazing. The rooms are spacious an spotlessly clean. The pool is massive and the staff are very friendly, polite and very helpful. I gave the location 5 stars because for me it's perfect. It's more in the country so about 40 minutes from Chiang Mai City but its so peaceful. I would recommend this place all day every day. Oh and the food is top notch plus you can have a beer. To me the...
We stayed for five days during the Yi Peng season.
The owner, Mr. Nok, was very warm and provided excellent hospitality, making for a very satisfying stay.
Food: The menu was varied and delicious.
Shower: The water pressure and temperature were both perfect!
Getting to the city center was mainly by taxi, so it was a bit of a challenge, but it made up for it with a quiet and wonderful environment...
Superb performance and services. Just a little bit far from a main highway.
This is a beautiful resort. The owners and staff were extremely pleasant and professional. The food was very good.
Peaceful. Serene. Impeccably clean. Thai with a touch of European. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

Horizon Village & Resort is highly regarded by travelers for its unique setting within the expansive Tweechol Botanical Garden. It is frequently described as a peaceful, nature-focused retreat that is particularly well-suited for families and those looking to escape the busier city center.

Safety issue of the stairs of slide - my child slipped down almost from nearly top of the stairs, could have injured seriously.
The curved staircase design is not suitable for a children’s water slide. Young children could easily get hurt on the stair if they accidentally slipped on the stairs.
Although the slide is quite high, the platform at the top is very narrow, making it extremely dangerous...
An absolutely beautiful place with a lot to do and see. We had a great stay here in December 2025, despite the few (major) shortcomings.
Staff as so weirdly impolite. Ive never stayed at a place with such bizarre service. Staff ignore almost all guests, no greetings or smile. They begrudgingly do what's requested. Some staff were kind and welcoming but it was notable how rude the staff were.

I visited the children for their school vacation. The hotel rooms, facilities, spacious gardens, and zoos were all satisfactory. It was really nice to have a golf kart or tram where I could comfortably tour the garden. Before going to the zoo, get off at the entrance for a while and buy food. You can get a lot of food at a low price. It's very hot, but children love the feeding experience. The breakfast...
We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Horizon Village & Resort. It’s around 20 min drive from Chiang Mai and feels perfectly remote and secluded. Botanical gardens are great for morning/evening walks. Rooms are clean and have everything one might need. Staff is friendly and helpful. Typical, rustic and authentic accommodation. The manager and the staff were very welcoming and gave good advice.
It is a nice and quiet place. Worth the price and the owner is friendly and accommodating. The only problem is the toilet, it is outside.
People who like to take photos are recommended to come here. There are many angles and styles to choose from.. The owner of the shop is very good service. The location is convenient, close to many food options, and not too far from the city center. The room was clean, though a bit old, which was acceptable. Overall, it was great. The staff provided excellent service.
The room was pretty good, but the bathroom had a slight odor because the exhaust fan wasn't working. We were given a room opposite long-term tenants who kept their door open while cooking, which caused some unpleasant smells. The front desk staff at check-in seemed a bit stern.

Great hotel! It's very new and the hygiene is excellent, the rooms are also very clean. The price is reasonable. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way and not very convenient. However, it's very close to JJ Market, which is a big plus.
I like it because easy to access central festival shopping mall. Great room and amenities. Location quite well.
If you want to access downtown easily, it is up to you.
I booked this hotel for my requirement.
This hotel has great facilities, the rooms are spacious and new. Just a small detail, they actually installed two Gree air conditioners, which shows they didn't skimp on expenses. It's a small, standalone building with a lovely little pool on the second floor – small but beautiful. The restaurant is good too. It's very quiet and not at all noisy, located in a small village. Getting to the old town...
Towels are old, bad smell from the air conditioner, floor is not clean. Receptionists are cheerful but forgot my phone request and I need to call them again.
Very very impressive by the room and service! The room is clean and spacious.
A bit far from the city (around 6–7 km), but considering the price, cleanliness, and facilities, it offers great value for money!

Room is very bare minimum. Shower water pressure is low, toilet has a stench, ventilation not very good. Photos look nice but actual experience is mediocre. It is very near Chiangmai Bus Terminal 3. Only if I want to live near the bus terminal.

The bed was extremely hard. After sleeping there for two nights, I felt a lot of body pain, and there were no earplugs provided.
The breakfast was very disappointing. We had to call the staff several times to inform them that the food had run out. The fried eggs were left sitting cold and became hard. The food trays did not keep the food warm properly because they were very cold, and there were very...
New hotel that is worth the money.
Basic buffet breakfast but enough to fill your stomach.
The room is new and clean.
Deep in the alley but no problem if you have a vehicle.
Very superb services provided due to I was travel with my mommy in wheelchair thus every enquiried specially had served with beautifully service mind achievely impressively with nice peacefull environment
The accommodation was clean and conveniently located for travel.
Good hotel with friendly staff. It's a bit far from the city center, but the breakfasts are good, a buffet style. Overall, it's a good option for the money.
It's a nice place, if you're looking for a retreat away from the city or that you have rented your own transport because it's definitely not convenient if you're planning to visit the city more often. Nonetheless, pleasant and very helpful staff who were always willing to help. Room is decent.

This resort is hands down the best I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to the attendant, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, and to the owner, whose personal touch and care truly set this place...
I want to say thank you to the hotel staff. Very nice and always there when needed.
Absolutely Amazing
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I didn't want to leave. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I definitely plan on returning. If you're looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay. This is definitely it.
Very good, very good, great service, beautiful environment. Exceeded expectations.
The hotel is located next to Chiang Mai Airport, which belongs to the 4th and 5th ring roads, suitable for self-driving people. You can drive directly to the hotel after renting a car from the airport, and there are parking spaces. It is suitable for guests who rent a car and drive around Chiang Mai, without having to go in and out of the city, and there is no traffic jam. The boss and his family run...
Everything was satisfactory.
One thing that was difficult was,
All the hotel staff were overly
warm and kind.
I was deeply touched by their efforts to treat us like family.
It felt like I was staying at a relative's house in the countryside,
and spending a quiet and comfortable time.
I felt sorry for the time when I could hear frogs, insects,
and the sound of water flowing from the rice fields across...
