Excellent location, close to the center on a quiet street. Delicious breakfast, with a selection of freshly prepared dishes, fruit, rice pudding, and unlimited coffee and bread with jam. The rooms overlook a lovely garden. Very friendly staff.

The location is very good, there is a 711 nearby and it is very close to the ancient city
The breakfast was good and rich. The only drawback was that the facilities were old, there was no hot water for showering, and there was no screen on the toilet window, so mosquitoes would come in as soon as the ventilation was turned on.

The hotel is accessible to a lot of restaurants and things to do! We loved our stay here. Their plated breakfast is good too. The challenge really is the language barrier, but overall, it was a great stay!

Friendly service and good location, walking distance to Warorot and Night Markets. However, please fix the door lock (room 4), not everyone can sleep soundly with this kind of solution.

The hotel was extremely dirty, the sanitary conditions were unsafe. We have reported this to the property asking for a cancellation and they refused.
We had to move to another hotel at our own expense.
Also the whole hotel smells of sewer, many mosquitoes and ants in the rooms. A proper nightmare! The host is very rude and unpleasant.

Do not believe the good reviews or take any notice of the staged photos of this dump, location was great, mosquitos in the room were not, no coffee or tea making facilities apart from the kettle staff were only there at check in rooms were not cleaned properly, I deliberately left toothpaste in the sink one day and it was still there after the room had apparently been cleaned.
Oh and the shower had 2 settings, cold and colder!
